„Our stay was phenomenal. The quality of the service, the quality of the food, and the quality of the grounds were beyond our expectations. Our only complaint is we were asked for proof of identification at the very last minute prior to our arrival. We completely understood the request, but the timing of the request was poor and caught us un-prepared. We were traveling with locals and the youngest didn't have her ID with her. „If you want a centralized location for your stay in Granada, you can't beat this property. It was literally a block from the main square in one direction and a block from a variety of restaurants and shops in the other direction. This was perfect for my elderly mother who has difficulty walking long distances. We loved the layout of the rooms where every room opened up into the courtyard with the pool. „Everything we needed. A lot of room. Two kitchens became handy. There were eight of us and we all had our own bed and rooms with more left over. Half of us could go to the bathroom at the same time.The pool was well maintained and refreshing. Would go back tomorrow if I could. The lagoon is a little farther down the hill than picture shows. "Had to stay here due to an injury and was glad to be able to have an accessible room and a wheelchair. Comfy bed, great breakfast. Free coffee in the lobby. Amazing food court right next to the hotel was concenient as there is no food other than breakfast in the hotel. Hotel and the rooms are a bit dated and could use an upgrade and replacement of the carpet. "
