„The house was beautiful, three of the four rooms with an amazing view. It was very quiet and peaceful. There were many areas to spend time together as a group. there are lots of stairs though so be prepared to have some exercise. When the power went out, which can happen, there was a backup generator. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook. It surpassed our expectations. We will definitely visit again.“

„this is ridiculous because when you search for property it say 30 people but they aloud only 13 , adiccional person cost more ,plus we wait for the people who live there to receive everything and they say everything is ok after i got charge ridiculous amount for a broken pool chair, that we never saw the picture“

„The house was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 4 teenagers with beds to spare. Great view from the deck, and a very quiet neighborhood. El Gigante was a short drive and is the kind of non touristy village we were looking for. Loved it.“

„Went to Nicaragua with the family to celebrate my wife’s birthday (9 adults, 5 kids). Upon arrival, we were greeted by Santos, the housekeeper, who was very pleasant and hospitable. „Part of me doesnt want to leave this glowing review because I want to keep this perfect place to myself! It's like a picture perfect resort all to yourself! The Laguna de Apoyo is absolutely magical and these accomodations are superb. „This rental in Pochomil/Masachapa has to the best rental in the area. The view is spectacular. You can be in the pool and see everything on the beach. The sunrise and sunset views are fabulous. We will be staying there again.“
