„The hotel is located in a beautiful setting. The suite was very neat and comfortable, staff was friendly as well. I loved the fireplace which was so easy to handle! On the contrary I was unlucky to be located next to a private tenant who started construction works at 8.30 am, making it impossible to linger any longer in the suite. However, my complaints were immediately addressed by the management and they made sure that the works did not bother me again on the next morning. That was remarkable ...

„Great for enjoying fall foliage and cog railway.“

„Outstanding views. Convenient location. Nicely appointed. Spacious enough for 8 adults and 6 children with opportunities for privacy. Excellent game room. Towels more than plentiful. However, odd that there was not enough glassware to go around. Would rate experience A plus but for one serious shortcoming. The fence in front of property is not secure and potentially hazardous for families with young children.“

It’s a charming older style lake house that could use a bit of pampering but it was very clean and comfortable for our group of 8. The host and management company were great and easy to communicate with. We came up for our daughter’s wedding and we all had a very nice weekend. Thank you“

„Great place for our Friendsgiving weekend. The kids loved the pool! Close to echo lake/cathedral ledge and Conway center. Hosts were very responsive to any questions/issues I had. Would definitely stay again.“

„Couch was really dirty . Dog hair all over the futon. Mold and mildew smell all over the house . Upon leaving the house we cleaned the whole house . The person who came to clean the house was rude , gave an attitude about check out process . “

„We had a great time. The home was clean & space for 8woman was good. It’s was in a great spot close to NorthConway if you want to venture out. The price for the spot was good. The hill walking down to pond was steep. For young kids could be tricky. Wish the outside furniture was a little cleaner to sit on. We also couldn’t find any cleaning products to wipe down anything.“

"Das Hotel hat seine besten Tage lange hinter sich. Beim Check in wurde uns ein Zimmer gegeben welches nicht gereinigt wurde. Mussten dann in ein anderes Zimmer (Accessible). Auch dort lag noch die benutzte Seife von den Vorgängern. Vom Hotel Personla keine Reaktion oder gar Entschuldigung dazu. Pool und Fitness sind sehr alt und abgenutzt. Das Hotel hat auch die typischen Teppichfussböden an welchen man nicht erkennt ob es Schmutz ist oder der Teppich einfach diese Farne hat. "

"Leider wurden wir sehr enttäuscht von der Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft an sich wäre sehr idyllisch, jedoch fehlt jegliche Serviceleistung. Das Frühstück war bedürftig, wenn etwas ausging gab es keinen Nachschub, der Waffelmaker funktionierte nicht und wurde trotzdem jeden Morgen präsentiert, der Getränkeautomat wurde jeden Morgen vergessen zu starten, die Tische wurde nicht gereinigt. Ausserdem war die Terrasse nicht gereinigt. Unter diesen Umständen können wir das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen."
