„We wanted cozy places to sit and discuss books - this was perfect. We wanted to cook and eat together- the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, and a perfect sized table for the 6 of us. There was another large table that we didn’t use. The view was lovely, though the weather was not. If you were there is nice weather, the front porch offered lot of seating and the back yard had a fire pit. Beds were comfortable. A good place for families and kids. “

„We had a great stay at this home. We stayed in winter, so the views of the mountains from the back deck were beautiful. We especially enjoyed the fire pit and the grill area. The house felt quite spacious and had everything you need to enjoy your stay. The host was responsive to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this property and would love to stay there again in the future. “

„The overall layout is awful. Then I hit my head twice coming down the stairs (I’m 6’ tall and the damn joist should not be in that position. It has some weird appeal to it, but when I hit my head for the second time I was over it. I actually left a day early due to the stay.“

„Great place to stay. The cabin had a very rustic feel to it. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Enjoyed the ease of getting to great places to hike!“

„My huaband and I had a fabulous 20th anniversary getaway! If you think the views in the pictures are nice, you should see it in person! Definitely a piece of Heaven on top of a mountain. Wonderful place to stay, wonderful hosts, we'll definitely be back soon! Cabin was well stocked with the necessary essentials to cook or grill each night. We felt right at home. “

„We had two adults stay for two nights. Overall a very good stay. Our first impression wasn’t great- the host didn’t respond to any communication until check in time, though communication was excellent during the stay. When we arrived, it was after dark. There were no lights outside, by the door, or inside. We fumbled around after walking up a steep hill in the dark. Not good. The room we stayed in is absolutely not a whole house, as it was listed. „This worked great for us to sleep one night. Close to places to eat and easy access to get back on major routes to head on our way.“

„Very quaint, downstairs unit. Nice patio view. Hot tub was nice. A little difficult for my husband who has mobility issues, but we managed. Very close to Ruby Falls and Rock City Owner was very pleasant“
