„We had a great time at this house: Ocean just in front to go swimming or snorkeling, big terrace to have breakfast or dinner (lunch would be to hot in the sun ;-)), refreshing pool, very well equipped house with everything you need, cosy bed, calm neighborhood. The owner, Ivan and his wife, were very friendly und welcoming. Thank you one again! We would advice to rent a car or take one of the busses that drive from the supermarket- only a 7 minutes walk away.“

„Palm Cay marina is a very well maintained resort on the south east end of the island. It is therefore a bit off the beaten path of Nassau downtown. Therefore you might want to get a rental car to get around! The unit is very spacious, clean, modern and even has marina view and in the distance even ocean view. Friendly staff! We will be back soon!“

„We booked six nights at this villa for a friends 60th birthday (four couples) and we all had an amazing time!! What helped with the options of this villa was that all four rooms had queen beds (very comfortable beds I will add)- Mark was so helpful and quick to respond to questions and suggestions! „Elvira was a fantastic host! We are a family of 5 with kids ages 10-15 and her home was perfect!! It was beautifully decorated and comfortable, she has a variety of equipment to use for activities within Palm Cay, like tennis and pickle ball. The condo itself is perfectly located with the pool steps away from the front door. It was the perfect location for our family’s Bahamas vacation! We can’t wait to come back and stay in Elvira’s condo! “

„Die Unterkunft war super. Eine umfangreiche Erstausstattung wie z.B. Spülmaschinenpads,Seife, Waschlappen und Handtücher findet man im Haus. Der Strand ist einfach traumhaft. Lediglich schade war, dass es nur ein Restaurant gibt, welches man fussläufig erreichen kann. Hier kann man leider von Montag - Donnerstag nur Burger o.ä. bekommen. Den Taxiservice Sherryl kann ich sehr empfehlen. Sie warten sogar für einen kleinen Aufpreis vor dem Supermarkt auf einem.“

Because the landlord himself lives in the other half! It was an old house inside and just newly painted on the outside. „Three generations of our family stayed here in June. The house was clean and comfortable and the view was fantastic. Unfortunately we did not have nice enough weather to enjoy the beach or snorkeling or to hire a boat for a day. There is a restaurant within the community that is really amazing, we happily ate there each of our three nights. We did not have a car... „Wonderful stay with the family. Great location and beach. The Golf Cart is a must for an easy access to the beach, tennis court and grocery. The condo was very clean and as described. Winnie and Reto are wonderful hosts. They made our stay very easy and faciliated renting the golf cart and car for a few days. Their driver Fred took care of the airport pick up and drop off. Would come back anytime!“
