„My family gathered at this property to celebrate the birthdays of our 2 kids. 3 of us stayed on property and others traveled to join us for the day. Beautiful property! It is clean and well kept. Our labrador retreiver particularly loved the access to water at the next door boat launch. The downstairs apartment has a GREAT game room. We enjoyed playing air hockey, pool, video games, and watching sports on the enormous TV. We also enjoyed the fire pit one of the nights we were there. So ...

„Captain Ron is my favorite host so far! He met me at the dock on the cold dark pouring rain, to make sure I got aboard and was comfortable. And the next day, kept me posted on the tide situation. He was helpful in every way possible. The boat is comfortable and welcoming. It is quiet and the water is calm. „We stayed this past week with our two dogs, and it was a wonderful family vacation. We stayed in the Blacksmith Cottage, which was fully-furnished with everything we needed. The kitchen was clean and well-stocked with pots and pans, and the oven and fridge were great to have. The bathroom was clean and comfortable. House was beautifully decorated for Christmas—a nice touch since we were three families far from home for the holiday. The house was exactly as pictured in the listing/photos and the owners were super easy to communicate with. House is minutes from Busch Gardens, Colonial Williamsburg, New Town and other attractions. The farm fresh eggs and brownies were a nice touch!“

"The staff at the Graduate Richmond are amazing. The food we had at the rooftop hit the spot. The only ‘negative’ aspect was the fan in the bathroom. Whenever you would turn on the light it started blating. It was quite annoying."
