„Wir hatten die Gelegenheit unsere Wäsche zu waschen, die Putzfrau hat diese unaufgefordert geglättet. Die Suite war sehr modern und hat uns gefallen. Da der Shuttle Bus von der Shopping Mall nicht kam, wurden die Taxikosten vom Hotel übernommen.“

„The unit was well furnished and modern, the built-in stuff were great, but the pots, pans and fan wasn't so great. It was fully usable but it had broken handles etc. The management was also very strict, we asked for an additional set of keys and they were initially reluctant to provide one and after that quoted us first R1000, then R500 deposit. It just felt like it was overly strict, rigid and lacking a bit of that human touch which Jo'burg is famous for. Overall still a great place to stay ...

„This is a beautiful unit in a neighborhood where white people cannot safely walk. That is not my opinion-the desk clerk escorted us to the grocery and back, made sure our Uber was in front before we left the lobby, etc. The area is not rundown. I was sad that our visit was altered by this circumstance. “
