„Accommodations worked for the four of us. Floors felt gritty and it was warm at night even with the thermostat set at 68 degrees along with strong winds and temps in the teens. “

„So when we pull up to the house, it looked a little different then the pictures. It had been painted white and I was not sure of the lay out. This could have been my apprehension from booking a property sometime ago on another site. But when we went in the place was great . The only complaint was that it smelled a little musty from probably being closed up for a few weeks after the usual lake season but once we opened a window and let the air circulate it was fine. „We had a very positive experience at this property in Yankton. We did wish for one more bathroom for our group of five people, but we made it work, and the rest of the stay was great. The house has its quirks in layout, but it is VERY clean and well equipped, and the beds and bedding were all very comfortable (my husband and I slept on the king-size bed). „ Fall 2024- This was our first stay in a tiny house, and it exceeded all expectations! Stephanie thought of everything, making the interior feel cozy and welcoming. The trails around the property were perfect for our dog, who gives it a 5/5 stars! We were lucky enough to catch a starry night with a harvest moon while relaxing in the hot tub – truly magical. We also took a great day trip to Ponca State Park. If you’re in town, be sure to stop by The Outlaw Pizza. Their cheesecake is delicious, ...

„We stayed at this home with six couples over Labor Day. You consist of three levels with two bedrooms and a bath on each level. It had plenty of space for all of us to gather as a big group or to spread out when desired. It was beautifully and comfortably furnished. We are definitely interested in booking again sometime!“

„Perfect location for attending a downtown wedding. Everything inside the unit was clean and modern. Hallways/stairway leading to the unit were a little shabby and not the cleanest. There are quite a few stairs to reach the unit, but that wasn’t a problem for us. Overall, a great stay. I’d definitely stay again for a downtown Yankton event.“
