„I was taken with the coolness factor of staying in a former factory, but underestimated the inconvenience of having no lobby, nowhere to sit while waiting for room, etc. No early check-in, no late check-out. The room was nice looking but freezing (probably the downside of the brick building. All in all I wish I’d stayed at a more standard hotel. “

„I traveled in early Jan 2025 to visit family in Covington KY. Not knowing the area, I was unsure of what to expect. Covington is an amazing small town and the unit we stayed in was perfect. „This property was perfect! It was very clean and comfortable. The unit is on the first floor with a nice and affordable parking garage right across the street. Rachel was an incredible host. We never had a concern but she was always one step ahead anticipating our need. She made sure we could get in okay (a very simple process) and even reached out when the area experienced a short power outage. She's definitely the best host we've had and this was a great getaway for me and my husband. ...

„This location was perfect for a weekend trip. Close to restaurants and shops. The house was spacious and very clean. The patio was great but the stairs to get down to the patio were very difficult especially for someone a little older. The best part of the property is the views of down town!! Beautiful!“

„This was our first time using a service like Vrbo, and probably had more questions than most guests. At just under a thousand square feet, the place was plenty big and comfortable enough for us (myself & 2 kids). I assumed that, at that size, that we would have the entire Carriage house, but it was *much* more impressive than that. While there were no ‘shared’ spaces as part of our rental, I did not anticipate being under a second floor unit. It was not overly loud by any means, but I’ve never ...

„The property looks to be newly renovated and very nice inside. But because of the age of the property, those stairs are super steep. And for a bunch of ladies in their late 50s early 60s it was no joke going up and down them. The only other flaw was the heat disbursement in the house. Again, because it is an old home, the third floor bedrooms got super hot. But again, it is a beautiful home! “

"Das Zimmer war sauber und groß. Die Allgemeinbereiche waren ebenfalls sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es gab die Möglichkeit den Pool zu benutzen. Leider hat das Frühstück nicht zum Rest vom Hotel gepasst, es war eher wie in einem Motel. "

"Wir haben das Hotel sehr genossen, es hat eine sehr gute Lage (nah am wunderschönen Ohio Fluss, Profi Sport Venues, Restaurants, Entertainment ohne Ende), und ist recht sicher und modern. Da fühlt man sich richtig wohl!!"
