„If you need an affordable trip with tons of things to do, this is a great place to stay. Tons of great restaurants and activities all in walking distances. Clean and comfy for a night in too. Only con we experienced is an extremely soft mattress but that’s subjective and doesn’t affect ta perfect 10/10 rating. “

„Really large house that accommodated our group in town for my Son’s wedding. Lower level appears to have been a former business as 3 of the rooms were offices. Only other issue was a lack of a shower/tub in the lower level.“

„We enjoyed our stay, it's so nice to have a whole apartment instead of just a hotel room. This place is very roomy, which we enjoy. The porch upstairs had a lovely view we sat and drank coffee and enjoyed the fall mornings“

„Our family had a very nice stay. The walk down the hill to town was lovely, quiet safe neighborhood, cozy home. There were not a lot of outlets so that was a bit of a challenge at night for phone and watch charging. It was an old house but very clean. The one bedroom bed was pretty uncomfortable but the other 2 were lovely. All in all, great spot and would stay there again. “

„The place is 5 stars amazing from welcome notes and amenities, even snacks provided. The footsteps noice from upstairs during sleep time bothered me.“

„This amazing property was beautiful, clean, and accurate to the description. We had just about everything we needed and the host made us all feel so welcome. We had a special request at check in and they responded quickly and listened. I would recommend to anyone staying in Xenia or close by!“

„My family and I lodged with the Cozy Bee cottage for the second time; and just as our first experience, it was wonderful. We truly consider this our “home away from home” in the greater Cincinnati area. The house, neighborhood, and convenience to all attractions are just perfect. Lynn is a wondeful host!“

„Cute home in Morrow. Easy location to get to/ from Valley Vineyard. House is decorated well and great sheets/ towels and touches. Will stay again“

„Nice house, well-maintained and clean. Location, off an alley, is very convenient. The house was listed as having two twin beds, and there was only one, but the owner is in the process of renovation and maybe did not note this. Not a big deal, we didn’t need it. The house was all we needed and is located less than two miles from Dayton’s campus, so it worked out well. Thank you for everything!“

Zimmer modern, Service verbesserunswürdig

"Empfang war nicht übermäßig herzlich. Zimmer neu und modern, sauber. Allerdings quietsche die Badtür sehr stark und die Halterung für den Seifenspender war auch defekt. Ebenso die Rollohalterung. Das Zimmer war in Richtung Autobahn und deshalb sehr laut. Das Frühstück war gut bestückt, aber am letzten Tag gab es eine halbe Stunde vor Frühstücksende keinen Kaffee mehr. Für den Preis hätten wir mehr Service erwartet. "

"Wir haben dieses Hotel für zwei Nächte gebucht, da es sehr nahe von Kings Island ist. Das preis leistungs Verhältnis ist sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer wurden frisch renoviert und verfügen über sehr bequeme Betten. Ich würde dieses Hotel sofort wieder buchen und empfehle es gerne weiter. Danke an das ganze Team für den angenehme Aufenthalt. "
