„Had a wonderful off-season weekend stay in Osage Beach. Although this is not our first time to the area we really enjoyed our time here again relaxing and taking in the views of the lake and the surroundings. The accommodations were extremely comfortable, and the cottage was very clean and cozy, the location was close to many shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. Just a suggestion though, an iron would be helpful to have in the rental as we had an anniversary dinner out ...

„We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Lake House. The space was perfect for families, with several bedrooms and a large open living- dining space that allowed us to enjoy each other, and sneak away for some peace and quiet. The views are unbeatable. My only suggestion would be, bring some extra towels and blankets if you'll be close to capacity- there are only 2 towels in each bathroom, the comforters are thin (which is great for cleaning, I'm sure!) and there weren't any extra ...

„Stayed there with my wife, our son and two small pups. Our host was always in contact with us and made our stay that much more enjoyable. The unit was very clean and updated. The quiet cove with main channel views was exceptional. The swim/boat dock was set up nicely for swimming, fishing, or just relaxing at the picnic tables. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to a return visit.“

„The property was amazing with so many fun outdoor activities including, but not limited to, frisbee golf (we used a football), fishing (catch and release and pretty good-sized fish!), hot tub, frollicking and traversing the property. The hosts were more than responsive and the place was immaculately clean. Our kids (7-9yo) had a blast and didn't want to leave, neither did we!“

„This house was perfect for my cousins bachelorette party! There is so much space and the dance floor area was perfect for our karaoke nights. The house was very clean, and all the beds were very comfortable! It was very close to the strip of bars and restaurants by the dam which was great and cheap to Uber to. „Cons: arrived and the temp in the house was 87 degrees because the AC was not turned on prior to arrival. AC did not cool off for the first 12 hours, management took a few hours to respond. 2 pull out sofa beds were broken on the bottom corners. There was no hairdryer like it said on the listing. Pros: House was in a great location and was able to accommodate a large group. Has its own boat slip so able to rent a boat. Lots of outdoor seating. Plenty of towels and toiletries provided. “

„This is a very well-maintained property. Very clean and communication was great. My only constructive feedback is concerning this being a pet friendly rental. There is nowhere to take the dogs for BR breaks…so we took them to a gravel parking lot up the hill from the rental. It would’ve been nice to know that in advance. Otherwise a great home and would recommend to others.“
