„Great overall “

„Host was very friendly & accomodating, flexible. Long, dusty, bumpy dirt road to property. Woodsy & secluded. If you think camping, you'll be thrilled w/ AC, very comfortable beds, electricity, hot & cold water etc. You won't mind so much missing & broken items and minor housekeeping lapses. Overall, a pleasant, inexpensive getaway, tho you can hear &glimpse major highway nearby. Despite nearby homes, we saw a deer and several bunnies!“

„We loved staying at the Tipsy Turtle. The Ichetucknee river is one of our favorite places to visit. We did multiple float, snorkel, & kayak/SUP trips all from the Tipsy Turtle dock or the TREPO parks. We'll definitely be coming back.“

„We wanted to go kayaking at Itchetucknee Springs, this property was perfect. It was only 10 minutes away from the springs. Plenty of space for 6 of us. Even if our group of 10 had made it there would have been plenty of room. The local restaurants were great also. The Farm Stand, Nutrition Springs, Blue Star Grill, Prohibition Pizza, Sandy Point“

„From the moment we walked into the house we were very pleased with how spotless it was. The furnishings and decor were very inviting and cozy. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked dinner every night. We also grilled on the charcoal bbq one evening. We loved spending each morning on the deck with a cup of coffee and late afternoons after a day on the river relaxing on the chairs on the private dock. We really enjoyed canoeing and a fishing the river every day and just taking in the natural ...

„The cottage was everything that we wanted and needed. It is out in the country but close enough to stores if we wanted to go out. Everything is so quiet there. You could hear no traffic or neighbors. It was very peaceful.“
