„We really enjoyed our stay, especially being right on the river and so close to all the fun in Gruene! The house is very well stocked, from the kitchen to the linens to the tubes and kayaks outdoors. Our kids spent hours and hours in the water. A couple things to note - while there were enough beds for our large group, the room with the bunk beds is not actually a private room, as it must be passed through to get to two of the other bedrooms. Also the game room that doubles as a bedroom is ...

„This place was great for myself and friends to stay for a weekend during Wurstfest. We loved the location since it was close to everything and the house was clean, comfortable and spacious for our group. The host was great and was on top of communicating throughout the weekend. We all agreed we would love to stay here again soon!“

„Celebrated a family members birthday and the home accommodated for that. The fire pit was great and the river was a short walk down the property. I do wish the exterior photo was updated to reflect no trees around the home. We were hoping for some shade to sit under and enjoy a breeze. But over all was a great visit! “

„We came here for our anniversary weekend and brought my teen son and his friend. Great weekend and gorgeous house! My son and his friend enjoyed the game room and the kayaks. The interior of the house was very clean. The outside needs a good spray down due to weather wear and tear. Thanks for an enjoyable weekend!“

„This was a great house for a girlfriend’s getaway/reunion! We found all we needed for cooking (but bring your own foil & storage bags). Coffee pots on both floors were a plus and the beds were comfy. There was plenty of indoor and outdoor seating for us to gather and visit with a beautiful view of the river. “

„Our flight was delayed and didn’t get there until late, the place was immaculate, very clean, comfortable and welcoming! We were there to visit family, this was the perfect location! The weather was great, we even soaked in the hot tub after a long day. I would recommend to anyone😄“

„Ron and I felt right at home when we arrived. Everything was quaint and relaxing = especially the little deck off the house. We would go out at the end of the day and relax and reflect. It was very private and tuck away just enough to give the feel of being out in wilderness; and once in a while we got to enjoy a deer and sound of coyotes in the distance. “

„Phil’s lake house was a perfect spot for access to many activities around Canyon lake, the horseshoe and Guene. Its pet friendly too!!“

„The house is perfect for a small group. The location is amazing and the little dock is perfect to fish off of or just sit and watch the water. It is our 2nd time to stay and we will definitely be booking again. The host is easy to communicate with and quick with responses. “

„The place was clean and the beds are comfortable. Furniture has some wear which you want to make sure you disclose to property management or you get charged. From the pictures, we didn’t realize there was a steep slope to the river. Not friendly for seniors. And all bathrooms are tub/showers and two are soaker jacuzzi tubs so they were deep. Also, not friendly for seniors. Otherwise, it was a good rental with lots of room for everyone. And we enjoyed the Foosball table in the playroom. Great ...

„Nice peaceful stay on river full of relaxation and solitary Tied floats to pier and took mourning naps each day until the ducks showed Restraunt's all were nice and pleasant Bed also comfortable with nice shower Overall a good time and will be back next summer “

„We loved being right on the river and within walking distance to downtown. The pool and hot tub were really nice. The condo was comfortable for sleeping, but the furniture in the common space was uncomfortable for just hanging out or dining as a group. Also, i was taller than the shower head in the back bathroom, and i'm 5'6". Overall, it worked out fine for just three nights.“

„Beautiful home. Nice back porch. All was good with the residence. Only disappointment was a very low lake. Could not get in from the home but this is not the fault of the home or management company.“

"Perfekte Unterkunft in den Texas Hills. Wir sind hier durch Zufall gelandet und alles war super. Unser Zimmet war riesig und hatte alles was man benötigt. (Presidential Unit). Der Whirlpool hätte gerne noch 1 Stunde länger geöffnet haben können. Wir würden erneut buchen!"
