„The weather forecast was not great: rain and cold weather, but luckily we didn’t give up on this our first visit to Denman Island. The Herring spawn was in full swing right before our eyes as the property overlooks the ocean. Bald Eagles, thousands of Glaucous Seagulls and Countless Sea Lions were all at work getting a good helping of the spawning Herrings and their tiny eggs that glue to the eel grass. „Es hat uns super gut gefallen. Waren zu zweit und hatten ein appartement. Es war alles super sauber. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht, auch eine Grundausstattung an Salz, Pfeffer, Kaffee usw. Das Bett war bequem und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Direkt gegenüber war der Pool und der Hot tub. Direkter Zugang zum Meer. Es war wirklich ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank “

„The town house was just like it shows in pictures. Very comfortable, well maintained and clean. The property was nice but there was no access to the beach. When asked at the office we were told they were working on it and we could use the resort next door to access the beach. It turns out the resort next door does not support this but was kind enough to allow us to use it during our stay. This did not reflect poorly on the accommodations, they were fantastic! “

„The entire house is well equipped and with the fireplace at the beach just perfect. Restaurants, shopping centers are close to the house ( Walmart (5min drive). Since the hosts are living near the house you will get all answers to your questions or even recommendations for local activities. Great location-you have to stay here if you want the best in town.“

„The property was very clean and well-appointed. The kitchen was stocked very well with lots of appliances, utensils, etc. Comfy beds, two on the main floor with full bath and a loft with full ensuite. Great little deck with bbq, although too cold in Feb to use. 20 minute walk or 2 minute drive to Rathstrevor Beach, 15 mins to anywhere else - Coombs, the Nature Reserve, Nanaimo. Nice quiet location with lots of privacy. Highly recommend!“
