„Great beach area and nice pool. Cabana was in pretty good shape but needed a little work. Microwave was dead. Restaurant service was slow, but food was decent. Food prices were reasonable, but major shock when we were billed $25 BZD each for a glass of fresh juice (was not on the menu) - more than our breakfast.“

„We had the 3 bedroom suite and it was more than enough for my large group. We enjoyed the live music by the pool with food and drinks. It was cheaper to rent a cart from the property than the areas within the island. Felt safe and secure with the 24/7 security. The staff were friendly and help. Overall the property was well worth it. “

„Das Zimmer war wirklich schön, aus dem Bad hat sich allerdings ein übler Geruch nach faulen Eiern verbreitet, der auch nach 3 Tagen lüften nicht besser wurde. Der Strand vorm Hotel ist wegen Seegras nicht zum Baden geeignet und der Weg in die Stadt nur mit Golfcart oder Taxi (10€) machbar.“

„Great location away from the loud streets of San Pedro. New resort with a great pool. Only 5 mins boat ride away from San Pedro. Rose, Loretta and Daryl were amazing along with the rest of the friendly staff. “

„Our family of 5 vacationed here for our grandson Spring Break. Carlos and Lucita(hope I spelled her name correctly) were more than friendly and accommodating. Carlos is hard working to keep the ground if the location maintained and does it with a smile on his face. Lupita takes her time making dishes to your family likings including fresh fruit with breakfast in the morning. The property is NOT located in town so if you are looking for a place in the heart of the city/town, then this is not it. ...

„Only stayed one night and it was exactly what I needed. The property is right on the beach and in the heart of town. Room was clean and check in/out was easy. 15 for AC was well worth it. I would definitely stay again. “

„Area was beautiful check in was super easy, room was clean and a/c worked great. Beds were comfortable. Communication with owners was fast. Close enough to everything but far enough away so it was quite at night to sleep. Staff was very social and remembered our names every time we came in or out. Salty’s across the way was nice if you wanted a late snack or drinks before heading home. We stayed 8 nights in March of 2025“

„Loved the location, such an amazing place in the most convenient area right across from the beach. I could not of been happier with my stay in this little guest house. Everyone in the area was friendly and helpful as well, I have to note that I appreciated the cleanliness of the linen and the amount given it made a huge difference. The guesthouse is 3 min walk from the main road, The Split is less than 10 min walk I felt no need to rent a golf cart staying in this location. “

„Our stay at Ashton Court over Spring Break was wonderful. We rented a three bedroom condominium that faced the water. Had a balcony with beautiful views, condo was updated and very nice. Nice pool and bar that we used on the days we weren't at the beach or on the water. „Really enjoyed our time here. Just out of the way enough to feel like your own private oasis but close enough to everything so running out for anything was a breeze. Maresha was super helpful, on top of making sure our stay was top notch she also hooked us up with a golf cart rental for getting around and helped us arrange a private snorkelling trip. Would definitely stay again. “
