„We were so pleased with this home. We were here with 3 families and the home set up and space could have not been more perfect. Great location and beautiful view of the mountain. The host was very quick to respond to our questions before arriving and we found the home had all the supplies we needed. Will definitely return again!“

„The carpet had multiple stains in three bedrooms and the upstairs hallway. The pool house had a dirty floor and an iron stained pool. If I had gone in the pool I would have brought dirt in from the previous people.“

„…. Well, not exactly in “woods” but a very private setting , and for this “nature lover” traveler it was a great find. The private waterfall was amazing and I could hear it with windows opened and to see the Lake from my perch out the bedroom door was awesome also. It is cabin-like and not modernized - almost like it is stuck in time - but it was a warm and cozy place to come back to after day time site seeing - visiting Cornell, Ithaca, tons of parks and waterfalls - lots to do and see in ...

„Such a lovely place. The view out the kitchen windows is beautiful and peaceful. Great location, excellent communication with the owner, comfortable home with so many spots to sit and relax. Book it, you won't be disappointed. A little tricky to find the driveway, but owner is available to help if you need it.“

„We wanted a winter getaway, and Don's cabin was the perfect escape! The private lakefront property, spacious accommodations, and hot tub were everything we hoped for! The house was well stocked, incredibly clean, and exactly as described. The location was also very convenient for local hikes and downtown.We will definitely return in the summer or fall. “

„We had an amazing time staying at Bob and Katie's place! We visited during the peak of winter and experienced lots of snow, which gave us breathtaking views—absolutely beautiful. The house was well-heated and fully equipped, perfect for spending cozy moments indoors. Plus, there’s a convenience store just 3 minutes away with everything you might need. Highly recommend it!“

„EVERYTHING as described and more. Place was so clean you'd of thought we were the first guests. Hosts were very accessible via text during our stay. The construction of this tree house is amazing and detailed. The ability to sit at a fire even during rain was a plus and complete with barn owls calling in the distance at night. Minutes away from a small town with a great breakfast diner, but completely secluded in the woods. We just can't say enough about how cool this place is.“

„Location was ideal, size was good. I liked the setup of the front door lock and had it been warmer weather, would have loved to use the front porch swing. Definitely older overall but we weren’t looking for luxury and I think it was appropriately priced. Felt like someone lived there when it’s not being rented, which I understand but some personal items (specifically bathroom) could have been stored away. Overall we would stay there again. “

„The view over the lake was spectacular for sunsets and especially full moon! The place was spotless and had everything we needed, with very comfortable furniture. Could use a small step stool to get into and out of the bed, and maybe a small half door across the stairs for safety, especially at night. “

„Everything was exactly as described and hosts were easy to contact and quick to respond. The jacuzzi tub has a beautiful view and the kitchen was generously large! Driveway was plowed when it snowed (very helpful because it is long!) and the heated floors kept our feet warm on our winter trip.“

„The property was very clean, welcoming and accommodating. Space for multiple people. The hot tub was amazing during the winter months and the view of the frozen lake was lovely.Extremely comfortable here would definitely come back. The stairs are the only hindrance to any elderly otherwise would love to stay here in the summer as well.!!We had an excellent open fast, responding communication with the owners who are also very accommodating.“

„We were visiting family in Trumansburg for Thanksgiving and needed extra room for our large party. This cottage worked out perfectly - it was plenty warm, the backyard and patio are private and lovely, and the cottage is spacious with helpful features (great buffet shelving near large dining table). We would love to return! Thank you so much to our hosts for the well appointed cottage and convenient location to Trumansburg (and Ithaca - just depends which way you want to go on 89)!“
