„Cozy cabin with great amenities “

„I travel to Tulsa regularly for work, and often prefer to bring my spouse and beagles with me. This property has been at the top of our "preferred" list for a while. It has all the amenities we need, is in an accessible and safe location, and has a secure backyard (best fence in town!). Communication with the host is easy, and they are always responsive. Highly recommend.“

„Easy check in and the property was really clean and very nice. The updates done to this property are really nice and done well. Nice hot shower and bathroom, nice kitchen, new carpet with lots of extras and a great location that was very easy to find. Host responed very quickly with questions. Would definetly stay here again!!“

„We were in Tulsa for an event at the Tulsa Expo center and this home was the perfect location. Quiet neighborhood, comfy beds and lovely furnishings. Lots of dining options nearby too which was an added bonus. “

„This is a very conveniently located home in Broken Arrow and to nearby Tulsa! While we only used the master bedroom-very comfortable king sized bed- there are 2 other rooms with a queen and the other with 2 singles. We really enjoyed the “cozy” living room! Very comfy couch and a wonderful leather chair with ottoman (which we moved to watch the good sized smart tv) other chairs as well! The small deck out back was comfortable- padded couch and chairs. „House was perfect for what we needed“

„Beautiful property; perfect for hosting an out of town wedding party, and having a "after rehersal" reception. There were a few issues. There are 2 very nice, high-end refridgerators; Icemaker on neither of the worked. Owner brought over a portable, counter-top ice maker. Major issue was lack of hot water. After complaining to the owner, he turned up the thermostat for downstairs bath. I later learned that the upstairs tenants also have virtually no hot (barely warm) water, and it seem to shut ...

„Overall, it was a great stay! However, there was a busted pipe, and the heating and cooling system was a bit off. Comfortable down stairs but warm upstairs. Host was responsive and helpful.“

„Over all it was a very good stay. The house was as stated in the listing. It was clean and stocked with everything in the listing. The only issue I had I was supposed to be able to check in prior to 3:00pm did not get the information until 3:30 when I had to contact the property manager. He got me what I need and everything else went very well. He may have been having a very busy day and lost track of time. “

„A few extended family members were attending an event at the Expo Center which was a10 minute drive from the house. The house is cute, clean, and was perfect for our 3 day stay. Only 1 bathroom, but we knew that when we booked and it worked out just fine. Nice kitchen. House was clean, wifi was great, and communication with the host was prompt. No issues at all. We would stay here again if traveling to Tulsa.“
