„The rooms are nice and big. Otherwise we were not positively surprised by this stay: Both receptionists we met were not very attentive nor friendly. Restaurant was closed. The pool was the most disappointing part. It seemed quite old and not very clean. “

„Eine große und nette Unterkunft! Vom Parken bis zum betreten der Wohnung ist es etwas kompliziert, aber man hat sich wirklich größte Mühe gegeben jeden einzelnen Schritt für den Check in zu beschreiben. Die Gegend ist ist gut, wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt! Das Apartment hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Hier und da klebte es oder es lagen Krümel herum. Ich bin großer Fan der Kasa Apartments!“

„Our stay was very good. Our only complaint was that our key fab did not work consistently on the necessary doors. This was especially an issue when we arrived at Kasa Greenville at 1:00 am with our luggage and a bag of groceries. We did manage to get into the building from the parking garage eventually-- but had to try 5 different doors before we found a door that would open for our key fab. The next day, that door wouldn't open, but one of the others that didn't open the previous day, would ...

„Although we were a small group of three, there were plenty of beds and space for many more people. Easy access to large backyard with a pool. We would rent this property again. “

„Nice peaceful and quiet. Only 1 issue, kind of a big deal but they rectified the issue. Dog hair in the beds! Upstairs smells like a dog loves there too.“

„Paying for parking. No in out. Have to pay each time you go in and out. Have to go outside of parking area ( street ) to enter building. Not really safe with your hands full of luggage and entering code to get in door. ( Not the best the area ) “

„Property was nice, although you have to do a bit of searching if you need additional towels etc. Amenities were as advertised, and the neighborhood was quiet. We went in winter, so no comment on the pool. My only nitpick is that the upstairs master was a bit bare. Bed was comfy, one chair is ok, but only 1 sorta-end-table with a lamp with no lights in it by the bedside was a bit disappointing. We had a great time!“

„We spent a cozy weekend here in January with friends and it was terrific. My husband is an amateur chef and was surprised at how well equipped the kitchen was. The house is very cute and comfortable inside and was a perfect small group setting. The only caveat is that the house is located in an "up-and-coming" neighborhood on a main street with lots of traffic. You won't want to go out walking in the evenings. „The property was perfect for our family's stay over the holidays. We needed enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to have their own space. The two teens played ping pong and darts almost the entire time. There are 2 large dining tables, so plenty of space for sharing a meal. It would be nice if there was a little more furniture in the living room, but overall, it was a perfect retreat.“

"Das Hotel liegt in der Innenstadt von Dallas, Viele Museen waren zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Hotel selbst ist schon älter, trotzdem saubere Zimmer. Gutes Frühstück. Parken nur in einem Parkhaus möglich ($25 Tax pro Tag).Liegt direkt an einer Hauptstraße. Hatte ein Zimmer zur Hauptstraße. War nachts aber nicht stark befahren. Trotzdem muss man sich erst an den Straßenlärm gewöhnen."

"Kein täglicher Room Service. Auf Nachfrage wurde das als übliche Policy erklärt und man müsste es spezifisch anfordern. Dies haben wir dann gemacht und selbst dann ist es erst zwei Tage später erfolgt."
