„Die Lage des Bay Horse Inn ist nicht zentral, aber mit öffentl. Verkehrsmittel (Bus) gut und günstig erreichbar! Die Unterkunft ist einfach und sauber. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt! Sehr freundlicher Service! Einfaches kontinentales Frühstück - gegen Aufpreis (4 Pfund ) englisch. Wir waren absolut zufrieden !“

„Wir haben im Juli 2022 3 Wochen im Castle verbracht und haben es sehr genossen! Für uns hat alles perfekt gepasst! Der Bau, die Ausstattung und die einmalige Lage mit der wunderbaren Aussicht machen diese FeWo einzigartig. Wir haben viele Ausflüge in der näheren und weiteren Umgebung gemacht. Sind zum Meer herunter gelaufen, haben die Ruhe genossen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Es ist definitiv ein Ort um wieder einmal hinzugehen.“

„This is a lovely little place with a great pub with really friendly staff and great food. Excellent dog walk on the other side of the road. The room has a fridge microwave kettle and toaster. The owner was a bit stressed about the shower having failed but they had called a plumber and all was fixed with no problems and lots of apologies. Would recommend!!“

„There are only 3 pods, which protects the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The view is exceptional and a place to truly relax. The pods offer a good standard of living space with a lovely hot shower and a really comfortable bed. The local sheep add an interesting intro to being in the countryside and lovely to watch. The pod is reached by a narrow single track road but this didn’t cause us any difficulties. The location is great for getting most places in the Dales. We will definitely be back. “

„Me and partner come hear for some down time, we had a lovely stay hot tub was a added bonus, all id say was the sofa and mattress was not comfortable other then that perfect, we had food at tomahawk not far and 100% recommended “

„The cottage had been beautifully renovated and was located centrally in the old district of town. A couple of small things would have improved the stay-the stairs to the second storey were steep and a bannister rail would have been appreciated, several basic supply items were lacking- no tea bags or fire lighters to light the kindling and wood supplied, and the heating automatically turned off after short periods and not all heaters appeared to be working. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.“

"Das Hotel liegt gut gelegen am Marktplatz. Hinten dem Hotel ein eigener Parkplatz. Wenn man in den hinteren Zimmern (Mews) untergebracht ist, hat man Sicht auf den Parkplatz und die sind sehr ringhörig. Zimmer soweit ok für den Preis, sogar mit Nespressomaschine. Frühstück war sehr gut."

"Schönes Hotel, wenn auch das Bad etwas altmodisch ist. Allerdings bin ich stinksauer, weil man mir nach drm Auschecken eine Rechnung für das Frühstück geschickt hat. Ich hatte es beim Einchecken nachgebucht! Das ist kein Kunden. "
