„The property was absolutely beautiful. Everything you need for cooking and entertaining. Nice view of Talikud island. Has steps that go down right into the ocean for swimming. Watched some sea turtles swim by from our balcony. It is close to the local culture. Some good resturants, street food and kaputian beach within walking distance. The locals are amazing and friendly. I Totally recommed this place. “

„Was very surprised how easy the check-in was with no lobby or front desk. room was perfect. nice kitchen with everything needed to cook. room very comfortable and a great view. pool was very nice. has a small apartment for my family for a great price. will be my go to place to stay going forward “

„There were 12 of us (Americans) for a family reunion and the house could handle us comfortably. The pool was amazing. It was larger than we expected, which was an added bonus. Everything worked as described. Wonderful house, we would stay here again!“

„I wouldn’t stay there again. Too many things broken. The TV didn’t work, there was no WiFi (router connected but no internet), the bed was broken, hot water in the shower was inconsistent (scalding to cold cycling every 30 seconds) and the elevators slow. There are only two elevators in a large tower and to go up or down involved a long wait and many stops. That got tedious. “

„The owner was responsive. Check in process required effort...A typical problem, after 3 emails he left the keys....Davao renters often Ad, check in hours 9am to 6pm knowing flights arrive all day n night, in this regard a Hotel is better. This owner however did leave the keys...There is no parking... Security offers 500P a day which is ridiculous when overnight street parking is available for 80P..The view is great, the place, nice enough a Europe 2.5 star... There are no toiletries "none" so ...

"Wieder einmal ein sehr schöner und ruhiger Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank an das sehr zuvorkommend Personal. Ich hatte wieder ein Poolzimmer mit top Ausstattung. Die Gartenanlage und der Pool sind in einem Super Zustand. Die Lage ist Ausgezeichnet, in wenigen Minuten ist man im Matina Square mit vielen Restaurants und Bars. Auch fußläufig ereichbar der gerade eröffnete Riesen Supermarkt NCCC und das im Bau befindliche Einkaufszentrum. Nur zu Empfehlen ! "

"We had a wonderful one-night stay at Pearl Farm Beach Resort. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the food and drinks were fantastic. The resort itself was peaceful and beautifully serene. Our stay in the Samal House was perfect—it was a charming, clean little house with an incredible view of the ocean and the pagoda. From start to finish, we felt completely taken care of."
