„The property was absolutely beautiful. Everything you need for cooking and entertaining. Nice view of Talikud island. Has steps that go down right into the ocean for swimming. Watched some sea turtles swim by from our balcony. It is close to the local culture. Some good resturants, street food and kaputian beach within walking distance. The locals are amazing and friendly. I Totally recommed this place. “

„The standards of teh condo units are far below average from my stay a year ago. Communication is very limited with the staff. The Security Guards are down right RUDE. The cleaning fees are just pocket money. There was long black hair all over this room. Plain NASTY. There is no housekeeping even though they charge for it. "Wieder einmal ein sehr schöner und ruhiger Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank an das sehr zuvorkommend Personal. Ich hatte wieder ein Poolzimmer mit top Ausstattung. Die Gartenanlage und der Pool sind in einem Super Zustand. Die Lage ist Ausgezeichnet, in wenigen Minuten ist man im Matina Square mit vielen Restaurants und Bars. Auch fußläufig ereichbar der gerade eröffnete Riesen Supermarkt NCCC und das im Bau befindliche Einkaufszentrum. Nur zu Empfehlen ! "

"We had a wonderful one-night stay at Pearl Farm Beach Resort. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the food and drinks were fantastic. The resort itself was peaceful and beautifully serene. Our stay in the Samal House was perfect—it was a charming, clean little house with an incredible view of the ocean and the pagoda. From start to finish, we felt completely taken care of."

"Sehr aufmerksamer und freundlicher Service in allen Bereichen des Hotels. Für philipinische Verhältnisse ein gutes Frühstück mit viel Auswahl. Eine gepflegte Gartenanlage mit schöner Aussicht auf Samal Island. Das Zimmer ist schon älter aber gepflegt. Manko ist das Bad, es ist dringend sanierungsbedürftig! Wasserhahn und Dusche sind im sehr schlechtem Zustand und der Wasserdruck ist zu den Stoßzeiten so schwach, dass das Duschen nicht mehr möglich ist. Trotzdem gibt es fünf Sterne ins gesamt weil Preis-Leistung im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in der Region gut ist."
