„Nice stay, but… The place is okay, the room, kitchen, and living area are clean. There are also utensils and kitchen appliances available for use. We only stayed for one night, so we didn't use all the amenities, but the location is nice and there is a pool. I just wish the toilet and shower room were cleaned better. As soon as you enter the unit, you immediately notice the stinky smell of the toilet. There wasn't any air freshener provided. We had to spray to make it look and smell ...

„Was very surprised how easy the check-in was with no lobby or front desk. room was perfect. nice kitchen with everything needed to cook. room very comfortable and a great view. pool was very nice. has a small apartment for my family for a great price. will be my go to place to stay going forward “

„There were 12 of us (Americans) for a family reunion and the house could handle us comfortably. The pool was amazing. It was larger than we expected, which was an added bonus. Everything worked as described. Wonderful house, we would stay here again!“

„We had to moved out from the house we rented due to its proximity and location and we found this listing online. We’ve stayed at this condo before, but it was on a different building. The property owner forgot to mentioned one of the important details such as local contact person prior to check-in. The unit was very small, the kitchen was tiny and only one kitchen knife available (definitely needs more set). You have to move the microwave every time you want to use it. The owner also forgot to ...

„Overall a really good value. Pool had leaks but wasn’t an issue we took the kids to the beach. Close to the airport, but that means you are further away from the center of town. Guarded gate very safe. Walking distance to a grocery store. Barbecue is a habachi type grill kind of small, but who cares great barbecue down the street.“

"We had a wonderful one-night stay at Pearl Farm Beach Resort. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the food and drinks were fantastic. The resort itself was peaceful and beautifully serene. Our stay in the Samal House was perfect—it was a charming, clean little house with an incredible view of the ocean and the pagoda. From start to finish, we felt completely taken care of."

"If you are looking for good and safe accommodation in a central location in Davao City, this is the place for you. The staff is very friendly and helpful in all areas. The selection at breakfast and the ambience of the dining room may not quite match the hotel category, but the quality is okay so far."

"Sehr aufmerksamer und freundlicher Service in allen Bereichen des Hotels. Für philipinische Verhältnisse ein gutes Frühstück mit viel Auswahl. Eine gepflegte Gartenanlage mit schöner Aussicht auf Samal Island. Das Zimmer ist schon älter aber gepflegt. Manko ist das Bad, es ist dringend sanierungsbedürftig! Wasserhahn und Dusche sind im sehr schlechtem Zustand und der Wasserdruck ist zu den Stoßzeiten so schwach, dass das Duschen nicht mehr möglich ist. Trotzdem gibt es fünf Sterne ins gesamt weil Preis-Leistung im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in der Region gut ist."

"Leider bin ich von dem Service sehr enttäuscht! Bei der Anreise und Check-In versuchte man mir ein anderes Zimmer als gebucht zu geben! Die Badezimmer Ausstattung ist mehr als sparsam! nach dem Duschen ist das ganze Bad mit Wasser nass. Das Frühstück besteht aus einer Tasse Kaffee und einem in der Microwelle aufgewärmten Brötchen! Geschmacklich eine Katastrophe! Besser nichts essen! Im Zimmer sind kaputte Fliesen an denen man sich verletzen kann! "
