„House was clean and no issues with checking in. Pool was beautiful. Beds weren’t very comfortable would recommend getting newer updated beds. Needed more linens like more towels, extra bedding when it’s colder. Otherwise great stay would recommend others to stay at this house.“

„This place was absolutely perfect for my mother and I. The location was easily accessed. The hosts are so kind and as a bonus, they have a sweet little cat who loves to welcome their guests. I'd 100% recommend and would stay again.“

„Plenty of room. Comfortable. Well appointed. Away from the hustle and bustle, but still close enough to find plenty to do. The exercise pool/hot tub was a plus for sure. We would definitely stay here again.“

„Tolles Haus, alles sauber und neu. Grosser Eingangsbereich mit Billard/ Airhockey/ Tischtennis. Angeln, Räder und Kajaks zur Benutzung. Super Lage am Kanal, dank Mückenüberdachung kein Problem. Gemütliche Betten. Lediglich das grosse Bad nur über Schlafzimmer erreichbar. Aber das wird durch den Rest wieder kompensiert. Würde jederzeit wieder kommen....dann nicht nur 3 Tage sondern 2 Wochen ! / Great house, everything clean and new. Large entrance area with billiards/ air hockey/ table tennis. ...

„Love a warm late winter trip to FL from PA! Really enjoyed a nice relaxing stay at Di's place. We had absolutely everything we needed!! The lanai was my favorite spot for AM coffee & PM wine & book. Fishing was a hit for the guys. The pool temp was perfect for us girls. We had some really great meals, K&K Bakery, Twisted Fork, Sandbar Tiki & Grille, Farlow's on the Water, Lighthouse Grill, The Waverly and The Village Brewhouse at the Fishermen's Village to name a few favorites.“

„Es gab mit Linda & Ernie netten Kontakt im Vorfeld. Alle Fragen wurden schnell & freundlich beantwortet. Das Haus war wunderbar! Groß, geräumig mit herrlicher überdachter Terrasse, die wir sehr viel genutzt haben. Auch abends kein Problem, da der Außenbereich einen kompletten Mückenschutz hatte. Hier gab es einen großen Esstisch und auch eine gemütliche Sitzgruppe. Der Pool war toll & wir haben ihn ebenfalls viel genutzt. Der Bootssteg war das Highlight für meine Jungs. „Rotonda was given to us as a tip from friends as the „better Cape Coral“ and we definitely were super happy going there. The location is perfect to easily reach Manasota and all the beautiful beaches in the area. Checkin was super easy. We received all information beforehand and Kristina was very responsive and easy to reach. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. Also the beds were very comfy. It could have been a tad cleaner but we gave the feedback to Kristina and she wanted to ...

„The house was in a nice neighborhood and convenient to local restaurants and downtown. The pool and pool table were nice amenities. The house was clean, comfortable and spacious and the kitchen well appointed..we enjoyed our time there!“

„This home makes for a relaxing getaway. It has plenty of room for the family, including our fur babies, and the jacuzzi is absolutely wonderful! We took our flats boat and had no trouble navigating to lemon bay and back at high or low tides. We would love to stay here again in the future!“

"First the staff were all super. The place though needs some rehabilitation, some paint and upgrades here and there. But the most negative part was all the noise - you can hear conversations on other rooms and noises from various equipment in the building. "

"Die Unterkunft hat uns in vielen Beziehungen positiv überrascht. Offen gesagt, in dieser Preislage finden sich oft Kompromisse, hier stimmte für uns praktisch alles. Das fleissige Personal putzt Zimmer und Umgebung scheinbar pausenlos, alle die vielen Geräte im Zimmer funktionierten, wir hatten zwei der bequemsten Hotelbetten, die ich kenne, ausgiebiges Frühstück (ohne Eier), sauberer Pool, vieles ist neu renoviert. Es scheint, da kümmert sich wirklich jemand um die Qualität der Anlage. "
