„waiting for the arrival of our first grand baby so this was the perfect location and just the right size for what we needed for our stay. I swept quite a few dust/cobwebs from ceiling, the drain in tub could use a hair catcher since I had to use Drano a couple of times to unclog drain. I appreciated the washer and dryer use for our stay. Would recommend and stay again. Thanks so much “

„Wasn't sure about the neighborhood at first but we had zero issues. House is a bit dated and the front bedroom smelled of smoke. When we arrived there were no towels or washcloths and the bathroom sink was very slow to drain. Messaged the property owner and everything was taken care of within an hour!! EXCELLENT customer service! Overall not a bad experience and it was very convenient to my activity.“

„House met all our expectations. Very clean. Beautiful property. Short drive on county roads to Ball State University. Could have had some better towels. Perfect layout. “

„This house was beautiful and comfy inside. It was pretty well-equipped for our needs. The beds were comfortable and house was cozy. It is off a very busy highway, so if traffic noise bothers you this may not be ideal. Also, just be aware that it has well water so there is an odor to the house from that.“

„Everything was fine except the check in. An incorrect code was given at first (numbers were transposed). Our guests spent a long time trying to enter the property. Eventually when the correct code was sent the guests gained access to the property.“

„Each year our family gathers together from 3 states to spend 4 days together. We plan meals, play games, and spend this time making memories that will last a lifetime. This was a perfect location to spend those 4 days“
