„Beautiful spot. Rustic of course. The road in is quite difficult. You need both the 4wd (which I had) and some offroading skills (which maybe I had less of). But Dave got us through it; picked us up inhis ATV and got our car out. If you do decide to try it yourself you need to commit to it. I got stuck because I was timid. Ideally get there before dark.“

„Perfect location when visiting Denali National park. The place was very cozy and clean perfect for my famliy stay. Cami was very thoughtful and made our stay wonderful. Bouns got to see the northen lights right outside the driveway. Was amazing. “

„Found the listing information and previous reviews to be accurate. Step ups to bathrooms and living area require extra caution for a traveling group of seniors. The only thing I would add is don’t miss the Fat Truck tour in Healy. Probably the highlight of our three week trip. “

„Im Fichtenwald von Healey ruhig gelegene Cabins mit wunderbarer Aussicht. Sehr komfortabel und sauber mit voll ausgestatteter Küche. WLAN und Mobilfunk verfügbar. Tankstelle/Restaurants und Supermarkt in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Denali National Park in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Würde wieder buchen.“

„The lower rating 4/5 is due to the driveway area on the property which is rough but everything else was great. Partner and I stayed for 4 night. Place was exactly as it said- just right for 4 wonderful days in Denali. Host’s stepdaughter and friend were amazingly helpful for local tips, moose watching, northern lights and blueberries- we saw it all! Place was ideal for long days away and having a comfy bed and hot shower. Would love an electric skillet but everything else was well thought out ...

„We loved the proximity of the house to the park! We really enjoyed our stay. The house was super clean and comfy. We loved the views out of the window and loved playing with the dogs. We grilled out one night. The kitchen was to stocked with everything we needed. We had a nice hot shower too which was nice. “

„This home was great for the 4 of us. Well stocked kitchen, easy access to Denali National Park and quiet despite being right next to an air strip. “

„Yes, it's a rustic cabin with a pit toilet, just as described. Cute, remote little cabin in the woods. The heater kept us warm, there was plenty of hot water and water pressure, and lots of space. Plenty of kitchen implements, dishes, silverware and glasses were provided. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated the bedding arrangement, with a top sheet, and light and heavier blankets. Lights and insulation were provided in the pit toilet. One small thing: please replace the knobs on the ...

„We were looking for an inexpensive place to stay which has a private bath and was near Denali. The lady at the office was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and has everything we needed. The bed wasn't very comfy, but that is a subjective thing. The walls between units were thin, so we turned on our white noise (phone) to sleep. They weren't loud, but we could easily hear them. Breakfast at the creekside restaurant was very good. “

„The Denali Sunset House was to be our "base camp" for activities in the area. It was hard to leave the house. We wanted to just sit and enjoy nature. Becky and Terry have included so many thoughtful touches. House was spacious for our group of 8. Beds were comfortable. Communication was easy. Would happily stay again.“
