„I would stay again!“

„We enjoyed our stay in the studio. The view is just beautiful with the big green yard, large trees, and lake. We took the kayaks out a couple times and our kids loved the sandy area by the water while I sat on the lawn chairs. There was another group staying at the cabin on the property but we felt like we had plenty of privacy. Our kids slept well on the pull out couch bed and the King bed was very comfortable. Overall a very peaceful experience and we’re glad we got to stay there!“

„The owner was very flexible with me getting the house booked. Our initial stay had to be cancelled shortly before the trip due to the cold weather with possibility of ice in January and was very helpful in getting me in at a different date while helping in costs/refund.“

„The house has room enough for all guests. The kitchen was the perfect size for cooking for the group. The only complaint was the pool was full of leaves and had dirt at the bottom. I was contacted by the co-host Christina who stated she would try to remedy the situation because the pool isn't open until May 1st (not on the listing) Being Easter weekend I understand the difficulty of trying to get someone out there so my husband had to scoop out the leaves for the kids to enjoy the pool. „House ended up being way bigger that we needed, but definitely would be great for a couple of families with multiple kids. We didn't actually spend much time at the house since we were doing other activities in DFW area. Christina is super responsive and easy to communicate with. “

„I enjoyed my stay, but there are a few things that I wanted to mention. The Keurig did not have a filter so it was beeping that it needed to be descaled leaving me with the impression that it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. There was a Britta water filter jug in the refrigerator that the filter hasn’t been changed. I recommend getting a new one or just throwing it out.. the website says central AC and heat. The heat was a space heater and the cord got really hot.. . I believe the cute yellow ...

„The house was as advertised on VRBO. Plenty of space for friends and family. Walking distance to the lake. I would definitely recommend this house and stay there again. “
