„Do not book here. Literally no customer service. Signs are not clear on where the hotel is. The beds are the most uncomfortable beds ever. You’re better off sleeping in a hostel for cheaper. There’s two night clubs that blast music all night; which is what was expected. But the clubs were super lame overall. You’re pretty much in a room with a double bed and that’s all to it. „Amazing experience and we loved our stay here! The property is beautiful and the staff were attentive and polite. Mario was great and always super helpful. The food was good, but I recommend bringing your own snacks if you have growing children that need a snack every so often. My only recommendation for improvement would be to supply each villa with an Ecofiltro water filter or stock each villa with plenty of bottled water.
