„Blaine and Stephanie’s home on the lake is just beautiful ! We enjoyed our short stay with family for three nights. House had all the needed utensils and amenities where you didn’t feel like you needed to leave. Although the town is a short tuk tuk ride up the hill and has some cute bakeries and places to eat. Overall a great stay and they help organize excursions and rides too ! Elisio was fantastic host“

„Do not book here. Literally no customer service. Signs are not clear on where the hotel is. The beds are the most uncomfortable beds ever. You’re better off sleeping in a hostel for cheaper. There’s two night clubs that blast music all night; which is what was expected. But the clubs were super lame overall. You’re pretty much in a room with a double bed and that’s all to it. There were only two plates, no cutting knives, the glasses had sticky goo all over them, the stove did not work, there was no drinking water available. The food was good, but I recommend bringing your own snacks if you have growing children that need a snack every so often. „We found out last minute that Expedia had overbooked the property so we were left without accommodations for multiple hours on each day. Luxury Atitlan did its ultimate best to accommodate our stay. We would love to hear back from Expedia as we were forced to move on four separate occasions. One particular night was completely off-site and was not comparable to what the nightly cost was. “

The location is about 10-15minutes walk to town with young children, so ideal for anyone who enjoys peace and quiet but doesn't want to be reliant on transport to get groceries or experience the local community and culture. He is a scammer, asked us to pay him cash because according to him he had not received payment from Vrbo/HomeAway and our pending charge on our credit card would be removed. "Super schönes Hotel. Ruhig gelegen und in Gehdistanz zum See und dem sehr ursprünglichen Ort. Personal sehr aufmerksam. Essen war super lecker. Einziger Minuspunkt, es waren gleichzeitig 2 grössere Reisegruppen dort. Hatte aber keinen Einfluss auf den Service. Und ich bin mir nicht sicher, aber ev. erhielt ich dadurch ein grösseres und noch schöneres Zimmer😊."
