„The property was unique and roomy as advertised, and very convenient to Breaks. The location offers very limited options for dinner, but that is not the fault of the owner. The owner was very responsive throughout the process. Kinda pricey for only 2 people, but great if you are filling the space. “

„We are 3 friends who love crafting, sewing, quilting, and relaxing. This weekend was about taking time to unwind and heal from life’s demands. Abingdon was about half way between our respective hometowns. Regina is the best host! She has renovated and decorated this cabin to perfection! Plenty of space and comforts abound along with visual reminders to keep it simple. We will be back!“

„This property/cabin was beyond perfect! Beautiful views, peaceful sounds and completely private and secluded. We fell in love with every part of it as well as the surrounding areas. So easy to get to anything we needed or wanted and perfect if you just want to chill. I loved sitting on the porch listening to the river run by and oh my the nature wildlife!! Will definitely be booking again many times!!!“

„OMG, this cabin and its location is the best kept secret in Tennessee and Virginia. We have stayed at B&Bs/vacation rentals for the last 15 years (dozens) and this rates at the very top. If you do not like quietness, crisp, fresh air, cleanest water I’ve ever seen, and the only noise is the rustling of the trees, wind, and an occasional wildlife that walks through your property Then this is not the property for you.Isha (host) has built a paradise at a very reasonable cost. As a host she makes ...

„We were visiting the area specifically for Elk Fest and this property was a perfect location for that. In today's age internet is a must and it worked perfectly for such a remote location. We would stay here again if we are back in the area.“

„House was very clean. Great secluded location. Loved seeing the cows and their babies. No cell service in area, but satellite wifi at house is very good. Bring muck boots to walk property to avoid stepping in poo. Bring food with you, not much in area to purchase food and drink. It is within 45 minutes of The Devil's Bathtub, Natural Tunnel State Park, Appalachian Caverns, & Bass Pro Shop.“
