„The Empire Platinum Suites (EPS) are part of a group of three hotels with different standards. There are only a few rooms available in the EPS, one on each level. The setup is designed around the central staircase, split into 2 rooms and an adjacent, rather small bath. The connection between the rooms is a slender hallway. „Location inside a labyrinth of narrow lanes. Was offered room at 2nd floor (Level 3) with no Elevator. Just a narrow staircase to access. I had arrived from Singapore with my wife and had a overnight stopover in Delhi so chose this location on account of proximity to Lajpat Nagar where I had some work. Place didn't give me good feeling. I arrived at 9pm. There was no staff to help me carrying up my heavy luggage. Frustrated with above, I just left the place without checking in and ...

"This hotel is a good option if you are planning to stay in Aerocity: it has a very good breakfast, and it’s located very close to the Square. They also provide bottled water free of charge, since in general tap water is not drinkable in India. I want to leave a special thanks for Mithun, whom I ran into when leaving for check out. He took care of our room during our stay, and not only the room was spotless, but also he is pays attention to every detail to make your stay more comfortable and pleasant."

"For us as a family of 5 it was an island to recover from bustling city of Delhi. We had 2 doubles. We were so happy about the quiet hotel area, the pool, the nice rooms and nice property. The breakfast was great with large variety. The rooms are clean. Everybody was so friendly and nice. Only Wi-Fi is below average. Overall great value for money. "
