„I recently stayed at Sunway Resort Suite and had a fantastic time One of the standout features of this resort is the excellent value for money. The suite I stayed in was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed. It had a large bed and 2 single bed, a well-designed bathroom with a soaking tub, and a private balcony with a nice view of the surrounding area. „Lovely apartment but very stuffy and hot in the corridors. Tv didn't work at all. Had a few cockroaches had to kill. Beds comfy good air conditioning easy access to a shops and transport. Swimming was nice unfortunately the sauna was never switched on but didn't need it as weather was so hot. Good communication with the owners if any problems. “

„This apartment is beyond disgusting. Upon entry there was a broken table, disgustingly stained ironing board, dirt on the chairs, mould growing on the sink and in the shower, stained curtains. The adult pool was not open. The electrics for some of the light sockets were broken, this is a health hazard, hotels.com should not be advertising this unit as it is a hazard. Shame on the owners and property management.“

„I like the property. It feels homie when I arrive with my family. Love the facility. The kiddy pool & jakuzi is under the roof, so can still use it during raining time. Food delivery also ok. There's specific section in the lobby available. “

„When we entered the property, the door had no latch and we were worried of any forced break in. The whole studio room had urine smell all over. The bathroom had leakages on the ceiling and water from above was dripping below. The towel had a stench as well. We requested to be transferred to another room. The second room did not have all the above problems but the air con was not cold even at the most minimum temperature. In the morning when we wanted to use the iron, the iron board stand was ...

„I stayed in this apartment for three nights. The apartment is in an apartment block with residential housing. The neighbours were quite noisy. Getting the keys was convoluted. The apartment was basic and run down. Facilities were very basic. The bed in the main bedroom seemed like a king size and was comfortable but too short for me. The smaller bedroom also had a short single bed. There was bath gel in the bathroom but nothing else.“
