„Check-In was seamless and the property we stayed in was very spacious and clean. Just one gripe was that the toilet for the master bedroom had a bad but tolerable stench. Note that no basic toiletries will be provided,just the towels and toilet paper. It was great that they provided free parking and it was conveniently located as well. 10/10 would stay at this property again.“

„Overall about property is good. The only things that I less prefer are the traffic around this area are very packed on morning and evening. This property also lack parking facilities where we need to park at the shopping mall car park, which impose quite high parking fees, as it is seperated from the property.“

„I recently stayed at Sunway Resort Suite and had a fantastic time One of the standout features of this resort is the excellent value for money. The suite I stayed in was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed. It had a large bed and 2 single bed, a well-designed bathroom with a soaking tub, and a private balcony with a nice view of the surrounding area. „Lovely apartment but very stuffy and hot in the corridors. Tv didn't work at all. Had a few cockroaches had to kill. Beds comfy good air conditioning easy access to a shops and transport. Swimming was nice unfortunately the sauna was never switched on but didn't need it as weather was so hot. Good communication with the owners if any problems. “

„I like the property. It feels homie when I arrive with my family. Love the facility. The kiddy pool & jakuzi is under the roof, so can still use it during raining time. Food delivery also ok. There's specific section in the lobby available. “

„Overall, it is acceptable as the instructions are very well communicated and detailed. However, personally, I may not find this to be the best place to live in aa I am more particular and would prefer a hotel by paying a little bit more. The place was pretty clean and maintained, but as for the pillows and sheet, I find it a bit unacceptable (particularly the pillow) which looks uncomfortable for me to sleep on. „When we entered the property, the door had no latch and we were worried of any forced break in. The whole studio room had urine smell all over. The bathroom had leakages on the ceiling and water from above was dripping below. The towel had a stench as well. We requested to be transferred to another room. „I stayed in this apartment for three nights. The apartment is in an apartment block with residential housing. The neighbours were quite noisy. Getting the keys was convoluted. The apartment was basic and run down. Facilities were very basic. The bed in the main bedroom seemed like a king size and was comfortable but too short for me. The smaller bedroom also had a short single bed. There was bath gel in the bathroom but nothing else.“
