„This is a very spacious and luxurious flat. It was exactly as listed. The owner Joy and the on-site contact was very responsive. Check in and check out was very easy. It was vey clean and had all the amenities for the stay. Location was very good and there is plenty of parking with great views of the backwaters from every room We very much enjoyed our stay and will stay here again. One thing which could be added is a dishwasher.“

„This property was ideal for our first couple of days in Fort Cochin. Convenient location and Varghese and his wife made us feel very welcome. We enjoyed delicious, home cooked breakfast on the roof terrace. We would definitely recommend this property and would happily return.“

„Australian family with 8 and 11 yr olds. A very mixed experience with staff hence that part of the review: Naturalist guide Abilash and birding was amAzing. Guest relations manager very attentive. Restaurant staff borderline unfriendly. Lots of miscommunication from bookings person that led to a lot of avoidable stress and triple check if they have availbility during peak times even if Expedia says they have plenty of tents avail. „We had a wonderful time in this beautiful location. We had come from busy Chennai and the peace and tranquility of this area was wonderful. Our host and caretaker couldn't have been more helpful. They were so welcoming and the caretakers family even prepared some meals for us which were delicious. We were able to explore on foot and by bike and loved the small beach near the property. "Ein 5-Sterne-Luxushotel nach europäischen Standard. Sehr netter Empfang, Hilfsbereitschaft, late check-out um 2h war kein Problem. Habe Club Lounge Zimmer/Suite gebucht 7 Stock mit toller Aussicht und feinen Snacks in der Lounge. Flughafentransfer kostet 2900Rupien."

Very nice but Not really a five star

"A modern hotel with lots of amenities but not quite a five star hotel as advertised. International travelers will probably be disappointed not be able to be served alcoholic drinks. The staff is very kind but there are serious translations issues. The location is wonderful, nestled among tea plantations and waterfalls."
