„This place was quiet, very clean and a very short walk to the beach. Bring a bike to make quick runs to local eateries and shopping areas. We were disappointed there was no washer/dryer on site as advertised. Property Manager did not respond to our question while we were staying there.“

„Enjoyed the short walk to beach to watch sunrise nearly every day & daily beach walks.I really liked the fact that parking was private just for that condo complex and that it was gated!The condo is an older building but this condo was well kept & well furnished.“

„This home is simple but very quaint inside and very accommodating. It was more spacious inside than the pictures reveal. We loved the location (3 blocks from the beach and easy access to the highway). We could walk to a wonderful coffee shop 2 blocks away. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking to spend time in the heart of Jacksonville Beach.“

„Great place! Easily accessible to the beach with the kids. Very conveniently located where you can walk everywhere. We loved everything about this place. “

„Close to beach, restaurants and golf courses. Very quiet for being part of a house. For a short stop 4 days this was great. We golfed, ate late lunch and crashed. Adam was very responsive when I inadvertently overloaded a circuit. “

„Property was well equipped and comfortable. Directions for check-in were perfect. Host checked in with us regularly to make sure we were well taken care of. “

Very comfortable beds and three bathrooms, ceiling fans with remote, usb hubs to charge electronics, new kitchen with open floor plan and a pool to cool off left nothing to be desired. Everything was really clean! We would stay here again! So much better than a hotel to relax!“

„The property is beautiful and in an amazing location. We loved seating on the big wraparound porch. The beds were comfortable and there is so much natural light pouring into the house. Super close to the restaurants, bars and of course the beach. Absolutely would stay here again.“

„The house was excellent, the best home we have ever stayed. The beds are extremely comfortable, the outdoor space was a dream come true along with the game room. The location is perfect, rode bikes to the beach. Our family of 9 really did not want to leave. The furnishings, decor, and items available to use were outstanding. Will stay there again!!“

„The condo was nice and directly on the beach but does not have an ocean view. The swimming pool was a bit small and the pool furniture is beat up. The kitchen had all necessary appliances and the condo is nice and bright inside. The only issues we had were a lack of drawer space, lack of soap and shampoo in the dispensers, very little toilet paper and a bathroom window that can’t be closed. Overall though, the advantages outweighed the disadvantages of the unit. “

"Mit Parkplätzen muss man vor der Tür echt Glück haben, ansonsten für 27USD im hoteleigenen Parkhaus parken. Rund herum keine Möglichkeiten. Strand direkt vor der Tür. Wirklich ein sehr schönes Hotel für ein paar Strandtage."
