Called ahead to make them aware & the staff was more than accommodating, sending us an email of the gate code and a location of where to find the key. The facility is fairly new, so everything is in great condition. There is a pool and lazy river but it was too cold to enjoy during our visit, but we're intending to go back this summer. Office staff on premises were friendly and polite, with plenty of knowledge on dining & nightlife. ...

„Incredibly noisy to the point where I slept on the couch. The 2nd bedroom window provides zero protection from the sound of the HVAC systems directly below it. The noise fluctuates in pitch and loudness making it impossible to sleep. It sounds like a truck is idling right inside your bedroom all night! The apartment is lacking maintenance in some areas such as the bathroom. Otherwise, it's nicely furnished and practical.“

„Great location, convenient to all the attractions we planned to visit. Quite neighborhood, close to shopping mall. Home has plenty of room to accommodate 6 people even though we only had 4 to our group. Bill was great to help with all of the booking and information, would use the home again “

„Had a little trouble gaining access to the property, but once inside all was well. It was a group of guys in town for the game. Proximity to Tigerland could not be beat Could use some dish towels/oven mitts. But aside from that, it was all we needed and consistent with the listing“

„A beautifully renovated old house. The house is bright and friendly and everything is nicely color-coordinated. The large, light-flooded marble bathroom impresses with a beautiful large shower. The large walk-in closet is a good idea, especially for travelers with suitcases. A big advantage is, that a washer and dryer are available. Due to the nearby highway you can hear traffic noise outside, but it is very quiet inside. The communication with Ashley was nice and responsive. We enjoyed our stay ...

„Came down to visit my daughter who’s currently in college in Baton Rouge. We hung out on Saturday and Sunday morning. Drove to New Orleans and watched the Super Bowl I drove back Sunday night and left out early Monday morning driving back to St. Louis“

„Very nice and spacious apartment.However the cleanliness was not as expected. Some counters and sinks were not clean, floors had food on them, 1 bed was dirty…A bit disappointed, especially when they ask you to basically clean the apartment before leaving. That sais, we might have just been unlucky. “
