„Incredibly noisy to the point where I slept on the couch. The 2nd bedroom window provides zero protection from the sound of the HVAC systems directly below it. The noise fluctuates in pitch and loudness making it impossible to sleep. It sounds like a truck is idling right inside your bedroom all night! The apartment is lacking maintenance in some areas such as the bathroom. Otherwise, it's nicely furnished and practical.“

„Michael is a great host and his house is beautiful, comfortable, well located and clean. We had a great time and zero issues during our stay. I’d recommend his house in a heartbeat and would stay there again for sure!“

„We really enjoyed our stay. The house was nice and centrally located. The host was accommodating and even extended us at the last minute to allow my siblings to stay longer. Our only feedback is one room is a study off the living room which doesn’t offer much privacy.“

„This is prime location! Within walking distance to the River Center Performing arts theater. Every place we wanted to go was pretty much on the same street, or within 10 mins. The apartment was clean, with super soft beds. Great experience. Would book again.“

„The house was so cute and perfect for our stay. It was very clean and the beds comfortable. The neighborhood was in a convenient location and we were able to walk to the start/finish line of the race. Would recommend backing into the parking spot, so you can see the cars coming around the corner. It was easy to communicate with Glenda and Timothy, they were so responsive. If we find ourselves back in Baton Rouge, we would definitely stay here again! “

„My family and I stayed 5 days for LSU graduation. Our stay was more than we could ask for. It’s spacious, has a both modern and country feel to it. Everything we needed was right at our finger tips and the communication with the host was clear and efficient. Amazing deal, If I could give it a 10 star rating I would.“

„The house size was great- we enjoyed the location. House has a few issues that if fixed would make the space awesome. We had 10 people staying here with plenty of room for everyone. House has a few issues like leaking shower and wonky kitchen floor that were a tiny bit concerning. Host was very nice. House could use a few more things for guests to use such as kitchen pots and pans. Overall we enjoyed our stay.“

„The complex is within 20 minutes of practically everything, theres food places walking distance, and a corner store across the street . 10/10 sn: its a little confusing to find at first, but once you do, you can’t miss it again !“
