„Great customer service, staff are very friendly and accommodating. We had a 2 bedroom villa and just a couple things we didn’t like such as the 2nd bedroom is a separate entrance from the main unit, you have to walk outside past the pool to enter the bedroom (not ideal for kids as it’s nice to have rooms together and accessible from same living area). „The hotel itself was beautiful but unfortunately the immediate area around the hotel is not - and had lots of building works going on - also not having a bar or restaurant or communal area on site is a negative - staff were lovely and helpful and as I said the hotel was lovely too “

„I loved the view of Kuta beach absolutely stunning. Also enjoyed the prayers and chants coming from the mosques. The employees were made you feel welcome and always ready to help you. The room was perfect! Very clean with daily maid service. There’s a restaurant on the property and room service available. The best part having your own private pool!!“

„This was a beautiful property. The view was truly incredible, and the rooms were gorgeous. Hand painted accent wall, ac, flatscreen with streaming services (don't forget to log out of your account when you leave), and a separate shower and toilet. 10/10 reccomend!“

„Clean and nice hotel. About twenty minutes from Kuta beach. You have everything g you need for a quiet stay at the hotel. Beach pool volleyball and the rooms are clean and quiet ! It does take about 45 minutes to airport and the road is a little off the beaten path but you will love it once you’re there “

„Nice property, but poorly managed. The room was assaulted by an army of centipedes (they sprayed some insecticide after we complained, but there couldn't do much). The location is problematic and, as a bare minimum, there should be a free shuttle bus taking guests to the town center and the beach“

„Die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist hervorragend. Die Villen sind sehr gut ausgestattet, es gibt sogar einen Wasserspender, aus dem gratis Wasser gezapft werden kann, im Zimmer. Es stehen kostenlose Strandhandtücher, wiederbefüllbare Glasflaschen, Kaffee, Tee und Milch zur Verfügung. „The hotel itself was really good. It's very quiet, and the room is excellent for the price you pay. However, it's a long walk into town, and the area around it is under construction, so outside the hotel itself is rather dirty. But overall, I liked it very much.“
