„Had a hard time getting ahold of host at first and couldn’t access the house for a bit. Found an open and unlocked bedroom window and the laundry was a mess but we did end up being able to use it. There was also a neighbor yelling in the streets our first day. Other than that, house was newer and comfortable and close enough to the caverns for easy access. We would stay again if we were back in the area. “

„We were glad to find a dog-friendly property on the south side of town for closest access to GMNP and Carlsbad Caverns. The kitchen had everything we needed to make Thanksgiving dinner and we liked the proximity to our hikes (under an hour’s drive). The yard wasn’t really dog friendly as it was just weeds and rocks, but it was fully fenced. The house was clean and had plenty of soap, paper products, spices, etc. “

„The owner was always available for questions or anything we needed. Great communication. The home is just a short walk from the park with lots for kids to do. The home is very artsy and had cute decorations and authentic feel. The kitchen had extras like spices, butter, oil and condiments in the fridge. The extra living room space had games including uno and puzzles. The one bathroom was a downside, but it was updated and served it's purpose. The living room had 3 couches, which was perfect for ...

„We truly enjoyed our 3 night stay at this property. Very clean and private. Only a few things I would suggest that would have made it even better. There was no clock in the room, which would have been nice. The heater in the bathroom didn’t work, so the bathroom was colder than the main rooms. But there was plenty of hot water and the double shower was a bonus. We loved it!“

„My family and I stayed three nights here and it was mostly great! The house was nice and clean. The bunk room was great for the kids and the Ninja Turtle game was a hit! There were a few communication issues. I messaged the host about a few concerns and only got automated messages in return. It would have been nice to get a real answer. The location was very convenient and the neighborhood was nice. Overall, a nice stay!“

„We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Enchanted Desert Oasis. Cory and Bruce had fresh muffins and eggs waiting for us. They house was clean and cozy and very well-appointed with all the kitchen things we could need for our stay. This was a great location for us to visit Carlsbad Caverns, The Guadalupe Mountains, and Roswell. Our kids loved the house and Cory even left a swing up for them to enjoy. “

"Ein toller Spot, um Carlsbad cavern und Guadelupe mountains zu besuchen. Frühstück war einfach (in der Lobby stehen Kaffee u d Cerealien, Obst und Muffins). Wären abends gerne ins Kaktus Cafe nebenan gegangen, aber das schließt bereits um 15 Uhr. Deshalb mussten wir nach Carlsbad fahren. Gutes Essen im Red Chimney. Wir würden wieder dort wohnen."

"Alt und abgewohnt. Kein Bed and Breakfast. Allenfalls Motelqualität. Dafür viel zu teuer. Unendlich laut die ganze Nacht. Total veraltete sanitären Anlagen. Vor die Türen der Schränke musste man koffer stellen um sie zuzumachen. Frühstück: 2 undefinierbare Brötchen mit Butter für eine Hälfte am Vortag ins Zimmer gestellt. 2 Beutelchen um Kaffee zu machen. Überall Katzen Aussenanlage war schön. Insgesamt nicht empfehlenswert "
