Location of the house is close to the airport, grocery, restaurants and downtown Georgetown. „February Point is a beautiful community with an excellent restaurant, pool, hot tub, and beach area. The home was very spacious and well laid out with some excellent views of the ocean on each floor. The included boat was a game changer. Having the flexibility to use the boat as desired allowed us to explore many places in the Elizabeth Harbor and other areas that we otherwise would not have seen. Would highly recommend!“

„This property exceeded my expectations. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s a sweet, cozy cottage with all the comforts you need inside and pure paradise outside. „The room was clean and comfortable. The beach was amazing and the food and drinks at the restaurant were delicious. The hosts went above and beyond to take care of us, even trying to light a fire to keep the mosquitoes away while we ate outside. They were also very kind and let us leave our bags in the room after check out while we went on an excursion. I would definitely recommend this property, especially if you are on a budget.“

„This is my 2nd stay at Villa Marjorie, this time with 2 of my friends. The location is central and super convenient. The back porch and beach are the best part of the house. We spent each night on the porch enjoying the view, breeze and sounds of the waves. Exiting the driveway can be difficult to see so take caution.“
