„My children, grandchildren , great-grandson and I gather each year to celebrate Christmas. We can’t all make it on Christmas Day because of work schedules plus they live in DC, FL, TN, & MS and I live in TX. This was our first stay at Spitfire Acres. The location was lovely even though it was near the heart of Southhaven & 25 minutes from downtown Memphis. The house was beautifully decorated , clean and offered everything we desired. We would definitely stay here again. “

„This was a family getaway with four adults and six children. It accommodated us well. The kids enjoyed the game room and there was plenty of room for us to have our own space. Plenty of space for two cars to park under the covered space. The neighborhood was quiet, but location was great as we could quickly access plenty of shops and restaurants. Owner was quick in communication for any questions we had. “

„Great location, close to everything and very safe neighborhood. House was large enough for our party of 8. It would sleep 9 comfortably (4 couples and 1 single). Our property manager Derrick was terrific! The house showed its age with cracks in the stovetop, master walls, etc, but was was sufficient for a decent rental. „We came to Memphis for a winter retreat with the high school youth of our church. There was plenty of space and everything was clean and just as described. The home is close to so many things we wanted to do and only 20 minutes from downtown. The neighborhood was great and we always felt safe. Lots of restaurants nearby to choose from. „We loved this old house. Even tho it was old it was decorated so beautiful and has such Charm!! The beds were comfy and the sheets so soft. We were greeted by snacks in the kitchen and sodas and water in the fridge. It was very clean and spacious. We were 5 min away from the venue and will absolutely rent this home again next year!!“
