„My husband and 8-month-old stayed here for two nights in February and though it was very cold and snowy, we were cozy and warm at this cabin on lake flower. We especially appreciated the use of the hot tub, which was cleaned before our stay. Our host met us when we checked in, even though we arrived late, and made sure that we found everything we needed. „We were looking for a place to attend the 10th annual Brewski and this was perfect! Walking distance to many places and while we decided to not leave once we arrived, we thoroughly enjoyed our board games and ordering pizza from Tyler’s in town. Amanda and Ron were excellent hosts as well. Looking forward to coming back.“

„This was the first stay at the Cabins at Colby Lake for myself and a group of friends. I rented the Moose Cabin and loved it! I heard about this place from good friends who had stayed here a couple of years ago. We got in Thursday night for a 4 night stay, with skiing, Carnival fun in Saranac with the Parade, live music, the ice castle, and fireworks. „We stayed here with our friends (two couples, three kids) for Thanksgiving weekend. The house was just gorgeous. It snowed the whole weekend, and sitting in the warm living room looking out upon the scenery couldn’t have been more idyllic. The house is huge. „Very pleased with amenities - full kitchen (including dishwasher) and lots of pans, dishes, implements. Responsive two-zone heating. Elevator. Excellent location in center of town - easy walk to restaurants, shops, attractions. Free parking (good deal since town has paid parking). Price was competitive for area. Only negative was the lots wasn’t plowed well - lots of deep ruts with ice, slush, hard snow. We will definitely return!!“

„Great quiet and beautiful location; even more beautiful with fresh powder snow and a good amount of it for a change. Quiet location but close to all that we wanted to do. Great downhill and backcountry skiing closeby. Anything we needed was at our fingertips at this fully stocked home. So cozy and comfy!“

„We had a wonderful stay here to go snowboarding at Whiteface and tour around the Lake Placid area. Secluded and private on a quiet road with a nice view of Haystack Mountain. Very comfortable for 7-8 people, although the listing shows a 4th bedroom with a futon but really the futon is in the living room. Worked out fine.
