The house was as described/looks in pictures and had everything we needed for our family (13 people), including a basement area where the kids could hang out and watch tv while we cooked in the beautiful kitchen! „This was a lovely property in a great neighborhood that was perfect for small family reunion this winter. The home was well stocked and nicely set up. We even had the advantage of our host showing up to help shovel us out from some unexpected snow, which was incredibly helpful. Would highly recommend!“

„Nice comfortable house. We had everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable with two nice outdoor seated areas. Great location too. Lots to do nearby. One thing to mention is that the listing says it sleeps 10 but the pullout sofa is on the side indoor patio which you can’t sleep in during cold weather. So some of our party had no other place to sleep but the couch which is right next to the kitchen.. Also, the hot tub is a jet powered tub in the bathroom, not a hot tub. “

„This was a beautiful riverside spot that we spent a relaxing weekend in Feb. enjoying the local spa areas and using the hot tub as much as possible. Beautiful area with picturesque mountain lakes, separated from the crowds of Lake George without feeling inconvenient.
