„Loved everything about the hotel and Niseko ski experience. My only suggestion is to add ski racks/tubes on the outside of the buses to make it much easier to transport back and forth to the ski area. Having your skis stacked on the front seats is inefficient and causes damage to the skis. It would be so much easier if there were racks on the outside of the buses. See Aspen or most US resorts for ideas/pictures“

„We had an amazing week at Serenity House, and highly recommend it! Wonderful living room for gathering, well-appointed kitchen, 4 large bedrooms with very comfortable mattresses, and heated flooring to keep you warm. Fujimi is an outstanding and responsive host as well - simply the best!The location is quiet and excellent - very close to Niseko Village and the Hilton where there is easy and free parking for Niseko United Resort, and less than 15 minutes to two of the other Niseko bases ...
