„This cozy cottage delivered in all areas. The bathroom was pretty small, but functional. The bed was comfy with plenty of quilts for the chilly nights. Plenty of room in the kitchen for making breakfast or just having coffee. Would definitely stay here again if I’m back in the area.“

„My kids and I stayed at the house. It was an amazing property! The views were beautiful, and the house amazing too. The check in process was very easy. Jennifer the owner or property manager, was very helpful. We didn't arrive until 12:30 am the first night and she was still available to help us get in. She was very responsive the whole time we were there. “

„We were at the lake for a family reunion that was about 6 miles away. Although we’re were not at the house much of the time, we enjoyed the gorgeous view, the back porch during the early mornings and late evening. Thanks for sharing your home!“

„We were so excited to try this new place. We will not recommend it to anyone. Here were the issues: 1. We never received the email with check-in info. I emailed requesting it, no response. We did not have a number until we arrived and another guest had the owner’s number. 2. VRBO states the site has a hot tub. Nope. 3. „The new home was clean, well equipped and in a convenient location to attend our son’s Texas Tech graduation. The home had everything we needed to have a small family gathering, including some serving trays, an Air Fryer, a grill and enough seating. The home is beautifully decorated and has enough blankets to accommodate our family of six for the weekend. The WiFi was excellent. „The property was a great fit for the group that we had. The house had great accommodations, bathrooms, beds, etc., along with the porch/covering in the front of the house. The view of the lake and location to the marina was superb as well. Overall, worth every penny.“

„There were multiple issues with the house: entrance code did not work & we had to call our contact at 10 pm when we arrived, & it was never updated during our stay. The stationary entrance door does not lock properly. Many electrical outlets in the home were not functional, the water control valve in the downstairs shower would not work so we could not use that shower.
