„ My crew loved every minute of our stay. The house was decorated for Christmas which put a personal touch to our stay. The lake is in eye view from the beautiful windows. A short walk and you can take a stroll on the shore. Lots of room to stretch out a denjoy our time together“

„We traditionally travel West to Colorado after my cross country season, but our daughter in Eastern KS. can never join us. This year we decided to travel East and stay at this resort. There were 6 adults and 3 children 2 and under. Plenty of room and plenty of supplies. We did our Thanksgiving dinner and had a blast!“

„The property is amazing, spacious inside, and a perfect space for spending time & not feeling like you're in someone's space. Especially since our time was indoors because of winter storm Blair. We did enjoy building a snowman. Stan was an excellent host & Lovena was delightful and went above and beyond anything I could've imagined. We will definitely make it back, probably spring of '26. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality. “

„Nice place to stay for game day“

„Spent a couple of days at KSU track meet with friends. The property was perfect for is with 4 bedrooms and about 3 blocks to the indoor track. The condo provided all the necessary items. Our host responded quickly to any questions we had. Great property; great stay. We’ll be back!“

„Wanted to visit my two KSU kids and fix some home-cooked meals. Brady's home was a perfect place to cook, play cards and watch movies. Plenty of space for my daughter and I to do AM yoga and large table to gather for an evening meal with friends. The owner was very accessible and flexible about check in/out time. Full size washer and dryer as well as large private bedrooms was perfect. “

„Looked like the pictures! But AC was loud and annoying! This unit is partially in the basement so there wasn't really any good windows and there wasn't a view at all.“

„We were in town to attend KState women’s basketball game. We LOVED the house. The little extra touches, I. e. Silk flowers in the rooms; monogrammed “TH”in the house; as well as the super soft white mink like blankets. We would only have one suggestion as two senior citizens a railing going up the front steps would have been appreciated. “

„The location was perfect for a family gathering. Plenty of space and amenities for everyone. Great outdoor area and game room. Convenient to campus, stadium, Aggieville and downtown. Would definitely stay here again!“

„We came to Manhattan to visit our kids at KSU. We booked this little gem as it was close to their houses. Little did we know that we would be staying in the most gorgeous little apartment. Every aspect of this place was amazing. It is almost like a little museum. We will definitely stay here again! “
