„It is a great location rain or shine. The central living room is undersold online as we have had groups as big as 7 indoors all day due to rain without being on top of each other. Everything you need for your stay is there, and if it isn't Mary is able to help. Really a great little spot to relax and enjoy yourself. “

„Its the cabin I've been searching for for years, Its very clean and the outside environment is very spacious. The outside bathroom was very clean. It does have solar powered lights but they dont last forever so bring lanterns, There is no running water so plan for that, There was evidence of mice so if that creeps you out then dont rent. Its very secluded so Animals are expected. Ive already rebooked. There was no coffee pot so i brought my own propane coffee pot because that porch was too ...

„This property was exactly how it was described! Nestled in the hills, super cozy, and welcoming feeling. My partner, pups and I had a lovely time here, hiking, skiing at Bristol Mountain Resort, and enjoying the serene landscape, especially the surprise waterfall in the backyard! The hot tub was an amazing bonus after a long day of skiing. Perfect way to ring in the New Year! We will definitely be back! “

„My husband and I enjoyed our 3 night visit to Grouse Haven. It was extremely peaceful and relaxing. The surrounding area was beautiful and we enjoyed walking in the snow covered woods on the property. We enjoyed our time at Grouse Haven so much that we hated to leave. Phyllis was a delight to get to know and was very helpful to us. We can’t wait to make a return visit to this lovely property.“

„My girlfriend and I had a great glamping experience hosted by Dave and his wife. Not only was Dave incredibly attentive during our stay but also gave us recommendations on where to explore around the town and hikes near by. The cabin was equipped with cooking material and wood for the fire (which we really enioyed). „Loved the place and the remoteness. The water pump wasn't working, but a solution was promptly provided. It wasn't the best situation, but it worked. Also, the second bed appeared to be a mattress pad behind the main bed. We ended up just sharing the bed for the duration of the stay. Would return, but would love those issues/inaccuracies to be fixed.“

„Pet friendly weekend get away. Our dog loved the fenced in backyard. This cottage was perfect. It was close to restauraunts, wineries, and breweries. Some hiking trails within 30 minutes that our dog loved as well. Such as the Finger Lakes National Forest. It had all items for cooking a meal at home too. Cleanest vacation rental we have ever stayed in!!! Thank you for a wonderful stay. “

„This was a wonderful little cabin to stay in during the winter. The inside was nice and cozy with the little fireplace, and the view outside with all the snow was beautiful. The owners gave clear check-in and check-out information that was easy to follow, and the background information about the cabin was a nice touch.
