„Great property nice and cozy for a group of 6. Rooms and house were clean and very organized host provided coffee and bath basics. House was equipped with family games and kitchen and living room and deck all open floor plan. Working jacuzzi which was great after hitting the slopes and a lot of backyard space for kids to roam around. The host was communicative throughout the stay. Warwick town was 20 mins away and mount Peter was 15 mins away Woodbury commons are 20 mins away . Overall would ...

„Our family went to the Hudson Valley area for a wedding. Pre stay communication with Malka was excellent and we all had a wonderful time. Lots of room for the kids to play and be entertained downstairs as well as upstairs in the Projection Room. The backyard was a great soccer area and the fire pit was great to sit around at night. Firewood on site was a real plus! I do recommend to anyone doing substantial cooking for many people to bring their own favorite pots and pans if possible though ...

„We booked a weekend away to celebrate family birthdays and were very happy to celebrate in such a special place. There was plenty of room for 11 of us (+ dog) and was a mix of modern touches and old world charm highlighting the legacy of the house. And the view of the Hudson was a highlight of our stay. Highly recommend!“

„Alexis was a great host and she was super communicative and easy to reach. The house was clean and prefect size for my group of 6. Most things were stocked but I’d reach out to the host in advance so you can buy anything that isn’t ahead of time. One important thing to note is that the driveway can only fit 2 cars and there isn’t really any street parking. “

„This home was just what our group of 16 needed to find rest, reconvene from the day’s activities, and prepare for all the next day’s activities. The town of Monroe was a great place to stay as it was centrally located for all the places we visited. “

„Perfect spot for a get together with friends... kitchen, dining room and living room all connected so you're always together and not missing out on the fun. Comfy couches and plenty of space for large board games.“

„My family of 14 has been renting homes to gather for the holidays for many years and this one was one of the best. The bedrooms and gathering rooms were spacious and inviting, the dining table accommodated all of us (including two high chairs) and the third floor playroom was wonderful for my two year old granddaughter. It was December but we were able to try out the pickleball court, and there were lovely places to walk as a group a short car ride away. Worked so well for us. “

„During a prior workshop, the instructor told us after booking that she recommended booking a different location 30 mins away. I kept that booking, but I tried to avoid issues this time by booking last minute. Unfortunately the Guide cancelled due to health issues the day after booking this one. It was non-refundable, but I am thankful that Kelly was willing to work with me and change the dates. Otherwise, I would have had to come up on my own and do the best I could without guidance. Thank you!“

„We absolutely loved this lake house. We were in town for a wedding and this house was exactly what we needed. Not too far away from a grocery store and restaurants, plenty of space for our family. Large bathroom was great for our family to get ready in. Would love to come back in the summer!“

"Perfekt, vor den Toren von NYC und in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Outlet. Sehr ruhig. Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück ist klassisch amerikanischer Durchschnitt, nicht überragend, aber leckere Waffeln. ;-) Wer nicht uzm Abendessen fahren möchte, kann sich ins Hotel liefern lassen und im Gemeinschaftsbereich essen. "
