„We were going to a Bills game the next day and this place worked out perfectly. William was very quick to respond to any questions I had. Sure the area isn't the best looking but neither is anywhere else in Niagara falls.“

„Very cute and charming little house! It was perfect for what we needed. The property and house were very clean and tidy. It’s great location in terms of distance from every thing, had the weather been warmer we would have walked everywhere! The host was very responsive and helpful in many suggestions for the area. The only thing we didn’t like was the neighborhood. Thankfully this house made us feel safe in a somewhat ify neighborhood so we were extra grateful for a safe place to sleep! “

„We had booked the accommodation to visit Niagara Falls. Buffalo is worth seeing, we would have liked to have stayed longer. The house and furnishings are a bit older, but everything is neat and spacious and most importantly clean. Well, the beds were very soft and way too short; I am 189 cm tall. You can end the evening on the porch. Opportunities for shopping are available nearby.“

„Location was great! Neighborhood was nice and good for walking the dog. Property owner was responsive when items were needed for the rental. The entire rental needs a deep clean and some more seating for the TV room. Maybe a few upgrades to the furniture, appliances, kitchen ware etc.“

„Was as advertised. Attentive host. Good distance to stadium if you are headed to Buffalo for football. Clean place and well stocked for your trip away from home.“

„This house was a very nice and spacious. It is located very close to the falls . The host was super nice and responsive.my dogs loved the walks in the neighborhood. We had an awesome time. Will definitely recommend this house.“

„We were so comfortable in the carriage house. The beds were cozy and it was very quiet. We could walk to a different restaurant every night! The historic structure has very steep stairs going up to the living space which were not a problem for us, but would have been if my elderly parents had been there. Definitely recommend this “

„We had a really wonderful and cozy stay here. We enjoyed being in a vintage property. The backlot needs some cleaning so that it is more enjoyable in summer. I would recommend staying in this property for a vacation.“

„Die Unterkunft ist ein eigentlich nettes, aber schon ziemlich heruntergekommendes Häuschen in einer recht ruhigen Gegend von Niagara Falls. Es gibt einen Parkplatz, eine kleine Veranda (jedenfalls unten), Badezimmer und Küche, die mit allem, was man so braucht, ausgestattet ist. Von der Unterkunft kann man in etwa 30-40 Minuten zu Fuß zu den Wasserfällen gehen; mit dem Auto dauert es nur 5 Minuten, aber das Parken dort ist teuer. “

„Es ist eine wunderbare Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht. Wir waren als Familie dort und sehr zufrieden. Die Niagarafälle sind in 6 Minuten Fahrzeit zu erreichen. Man könnte auch zu Fuß gehen, aber da wir dort auch viel gelaufen sind, haben wir uns für s Auto entschieden. An der Polizeiwache gibt es einen kostenlosen Parkplatz.“

„We were in Buffalo for a wedding and this was a great alternative to getting 4 hotel rooms! There was plenty of for all 7 of us. Every place we had to go was a short Uber ride, and it is only 15 minutes to the airport. The house was very clean, and had all of the basics we needed. “

„Man sieht es dem Haus von außen nicht an, aber es ist von innen als tipp topp. Klare Empfehlung, insbesondere mit zwei Familien, da man zwei getrennte Wohnungen hat. Unten ist es sehr (!) kalt!“

Problematischer Airporttransfer

"Unser Zimmer hatte eine Verbindungstür zum Nebenzimmer, obwohl wir das nicht wollten. Das war äußerst hellhörig. Der Airporttransfer wurde uns am Vorabend als Unproblematisch zugesagt, fand aber mit einer halben Stunde Verspätung statt. Wir hätten schneller zu Fuß gehen können."

"Unfortunately you could not open a window as in the court there was a constant noise of venting machines or trucks. The staff is rather unfriendly. I don’t understand why for breakfast you use only one time dishes. It was so much more eco friendly and comfortable to have actual plates and mugs instead of paper cups, paper dishes and plastic spoons and knifes. The amount of trash is simply incredible. "
