„This is a great spot if your looking for a central location while visiting the Alexandria Bay/Clayton area. Close to all marinas, restaurants and tour boats. The property is in a very quiet neighborhood, and we enjoyed the fire pit in the evening. The property management communication was excellent. Thank you Toby.“

„Girls trip...3 elder sisters plus second generation niece and her 2 daughters. We all agreed everything was perfect at this location. From bedroom choices to outside porches to full kitchen amenities everything we needed was at our fingertips. Location couldn't have been better. View of the St Lawrence, glimpses of ships traveling in the distance, perfect weather and wonderful flat hiking right in the neighborhood. The area was charming and steeped in early history of the thousand Islands ...

„We were attending the Sackett’s Harbor marathon. Location was perfect to get to and from and access other areas. The beds were comfortable and coffee readily available. We ate out frequently but the kitchen was stocked for cooking and storing food items. “

„Excellent historical and charming farmhouse and the hosts were very helpful and friendly. More than enough space for my large family and stocked nicely with everything needed. Highly recommended!“

„Everything from finding the place, to check in, to proximity to activities was great! We didn’t need anything from the hosts during our stay but they were very responsive before hand! The place was great for hanging out during the time we spent inside. Beds were not the most comfortable, and you have to take every piece of garbage with you when you leave which was hard since we were coming from out of town, but we made it work! We had a wonderful time and would return. “

„The Great Room and deck is amazing. All the windows let so much natural light in and the chairs on the deck are so comfortable. Just watching the lake, deer and turkeys very relaxing. “

„This little gem is tucked away in Dexter and offers a fabulous view (and access) of the river and surrounding area (Fall foliage was spectacular). There are lots of ammenities on property to enjoy! It was a little cold to hop in the Kayaks but they were available to us. We did enjoy warming up around the firepit and the barrel sauna was spectacular! The house was super cute and nicely decorated. There were a couple of very minor maintenance items (e.g. light switch, closet door) that could be ...

„Very clean, comfortable beds. Kitchen and bathroom nicely provisioned. Second floor bathroom is a ship-sized sink and toilet only. Showers are on first floor. Stairway VERY steep. Could use second handrailing. Could use more night tables. No table lamps in bedrooms. Sparse storage space in bedrooms. Otherwise a nice convenient sta..can recommend. Bedrooms lack night tables (“

„The property is very well maintained. Enjoyed the big windows to enjoy God's magnificent creation. The weather was chilly and rainy, so we couldn't spend much time outdoors, but sure did sit by the windows alot. Sunsets and full moon over the water was just beautiful. We drove up to see the Boldt castle and spent a day in that area. We would come back in an instant if it was closer. Sure glad it was available when we needed it. Price was right. “
