„We had no heat due to a broken furnace in December-the owner did bring a space heater, but that blew a fuse, not a relaxing time. We had a group of seven, so we could not find another place to stay short notice. We also found old coffee left in the coffee pot. The location itself was nice and the lake was beautiful!“

„The whole family took a little mini vacay just a short time to get away from the everyday routine. The house very inviting and welcoming. Plenty of room as we had a family of 8 and no one ever felt cramped up. Everyone able to enjoy all the house amenities from the Livingroom fireplace, TV, comfy couch, to the Jacuzzi Hot Tub and game room! The beds were very comfortable. „The house was nice but it was strange having the owner staying on the properly wih us. We used the shower downstairs and it was possible for him to be walking through and see you in just a towel.or worse!!“

„The property inside was nice other then hair in the shower and there was nothing for my granddaughter to play with that was listed in the description also no hot tub. The outside was fenced in which I loved but on the side of the house where I parked was filled with a lot garbage and the area wasn’t the greatest area but I managed. Now as for the host everything was great. Great communication with me. I just think the listing needs updated.“

„well, only 2 things I see that could be improved: fence off the driveway to make a fully enclosed backyard, And put lights in the living and ding room. Great communication with the host. Very clean. Well supplied. Host gave us info on things to do and the various restaurants. Was very cold during our stay, which was what we wanted. Things would be in walking distance when warmer. Highly recommend!“

„Not the nicest part of the city but convenient to the Falls. 4 bedrooms was ideal for our adult children and spouses and two infant grandchildren. Children’s playground across the road was appreciated. Felt like more effort and attention to cleaning (ie kitchen floor and carpeted stairway) would have been nice. Overall met our needs and expectations “

„If you’re expecting a cabin in the woods or private mansion in the suburbs, you’re going to have a bad time. This was a very nice three bedroom apartment to bring your family to, this really is a diamond in the rough. It’s a converted house with some small annoyances but nothing that we’d rate lower for. If you aren’t used to “inner city noise” bring a noise maker to sleep to. Likewise, there seemed to be only one plug in all the rooms, so bring a usb hub to charge stuff with. Otherwise, this is ...

„The neighborhood where the property was located was unsafe, as we witnessed drug deals occurring upon our arrival. My family felt that the location was not secure enough for us to stay. The neighborhood was terrible; the house next door was boarded up, and another house was a few doors down. Needless to say, we left without staying. “

„We loved the space and location of this property. Located very well to everything we wanted, near enough to grocery stores etc. Host was responsive when contacted. Plenty of room, well furnished. Our biggest challenge, and the reason we didn't give this 5 stars, was because of a pervasive smell of cigarettes in multiple bedrooms. One room was bad enough that we couldn't use it. „The yurt is ideally located. We went to the riviera for a show. It was a 5 min drive. We went to an event at keybank center, a 20 min drive. The park across the street sits right on the river and only a 5 min walk. A few min to the grocery store. I was initially looking for a nice hotel but found the yurt. It didnt cost anymore than a hotel. The neighborhood felt safe as we were out late. The host responded promptly to questions. We would stay again.“

"Clean and comfortable Hotel with modern Furnitures and good breakfast (for 15.99USD plus Tax) with real dishes. Close to Niagara Falls and Rainbow Bridge (about 10-15 mins walk). Enough Parking available but for 15USD, would appreciate it if it would be free for Hotel Guests. Other than that very good experience!"
