With only one bedroom on the first floor, and one adult who couldn’t use stairs, she had to have the one bedroom with a king bed. That left one couple for the second bedroom with a king bed. „Great cabin - clean, comfy beds and very quiet! Only complaint was the house water had an awful sulphur smell and we couldn’t drink it. Even taking showers & brushing teeth was unpleasant. Would suggest getting a whole house water filter and then the property would be 5 star!“

Very easy to check in with a code on the front door. Lights were on and there was a garage door opener on the front table, which allowed me to pull the van into the garage and unload. „The photos of the home were accurate. It was very roomy and nicely furnished. The owner was easy to communicate with. If you’re going in the winter be aware that the house is at the end of long private road which was a bit daunting with the snow. “

„Everything is thoughtfully considered and provided by the hosts, making the stay very welcoming and comfortable. We love the location and setting for this beautifully restored bungalow. It’s cozy, spotless and very well organized inside. We plan to return again whenever we vist the area.“

„A nice cozy cabin. It is all one room, so that’s something to keep in mind if you are looking for a separate bedroom. It’s right on a main route, so it’s easy to find. Close enough to Thendara/ Old Forge to get what you need or go out, but still in the woods. Lots of nice hiking nearby and cabin was super comfortable for two. “

„My friends (all from out of state) and I stayed here for their first experience for NY fall. It was a fantastic stay and my friends and I had a great time. Plenty of space, amazing views and the house is located within driving distance of many places within the Adirondacks. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it for those interested in a calm and peaceful NY getaway. “

„We really enjoyed staying at the apartment. Everything was clean, comfortable, and easily accessible. Coffee, creamer, sugar, and bottled water were a nice surprise. The apartment was walking distance to family, making it the perfect location for our long holiday weekend. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment. There was definitely plenty of space to spread out and relax. I will definitely stay again!“

„This was a very cute and cozy little cabin. The neighborhood was quiet and laid back, and gave the trip a relaxing and refreshing quality. We were able to settle in as if it were our own home and have a great weekend of reading and enjoying the surround nature! “

„Booked a few months in advance and Ariel was very helpful and responsive. The house is around 5 mins close to many fast food restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, a train station, etc. There was an abundant of necessitys provided, I really appreciated the small touches like every dish and cooking utensil you could think of even basic cooking or baking supplies, extra blankets, bathroom supplies, a pullout bed, tv's with wife, the theatre plus a nitendo switch! A washer & dryer and soap! ...

"Das Haus von Anne und Alan ist wunderschön und voller liebevoller Details. Die Zimmer haben eine gute Größe.
