„Such a fantastic place for peace and quiet. Location is well maintained and spacious outside, cozy and comfortable inside. Local springs in the area should be added to your things to do list. Crystal River is just shy of an hour away, an easy drive and worth the trip during manatee season. Would recommend this cottage as an excellent "home base"!“

„We chose this spot for a Family Christmas celebration based on it’s distance from multiple households (coming from FL & GA). It was perfect for large families to spend quality time together, but also so much space that it provided lots of privacy too. All of the rooms were of generous size- especially the upstairs master! „This house, the host, and the trip was awesome. We had neighborhood friends, family, and kids with us. There was room for everyone, great large kitchen area. Access to the private part of the Ichetucknee was so nice! The Stambaugh’s our great hosts, we can’t wait to do the same trip again next year!“

„I've always enjoyed staying here. This stay was great. The communication was easy and they were very responsive. I noticed several upgrades and the home looks and feels great. I was happy to see the home survived the brutal storms last year relatively unscathed. It was a very cozy stay with all that we needed. Thank you. “

„We gathered our adult children to celebrate a UF graduation milestone. This lovely home was perfect. It’s clean, cheery, comfortable and fully stocked. A little too cool for a swim, but the pool was a pretty feature. We enjoyed making breakfast and snacks in the renovated kitchen. We were able to comfortably seat everyone to reconnect and catch up in the living room. The sofa in the den tucked off the kitchen worked great for a fourth sleeping area. Perfect place for a relaxing stay. “

„Our stay was wonderful! The house is spacious with a well stocked kitchen, views of the river even through the kitchen windows, huge fireplace, cozy chairs on the river dock, warm central heat and an easy check in process. The only thing that would have made this place better is if there was a fenced in yard , otherwise it was perfect. I highly recommend this place! “
