The new treehouse is beyond anything… truly exceptional in all ways. We had the best time feeding the birds, hiking the private trail, listening to the creek and cooking in the well stocked kitchen. WiFi and sound system worked seamlessly. Book this place!!!! You won’t regret it! “

„Worked well for a home base for wedding preparations“

„Sehr sauber , alles wie beschrieben . Dass eine Landstraße am Haus vorbei führt war ja im voraus bekannt . Auf der vorderen Veranda ist der Lärm aber lange nicht so schlimm wie von manchen beschrieben . Für Ausflüge in die Berge ist die Lage sogar sehr gut . Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt .“

„This was a perfect house for my husband, myself and our 3 adult kids. My daughter is a student in Boulder and it was very convenient to see her as well as visit Denver and the surrounding area. The neighborhood was very quiet with no traffic noise. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. There was plenty of space for everyone to be together or have some alone time. Very near grocery shopping. Easy drive to the airport. Would be great for families with younger kids too. “

„It was a perfect location for the wedding we went to at the Evergreen Lakehouse. Everything was perfectly clean all the little touches that one would need for “a stayaway from home.” Linda and Myron were awesome. Linda had prepared fresh muffins for us and I think Scandinavian scones for our morning coffee. Perfect for our two nights stay even longer would be great. Thank you, Linda and Myron so much for your hospitality and attention to details“

„5 of us stayed at Winning Stream- it was like being in a movie set as we sat on the wonderful deck listening to the stream, basking in the sun, surrounded by the brilliant golds of the Aspens. The accommodations were everything as advertised, we were very comfortable. Maybe a couple more deck chairs could be added; we used a dining chair for our 5th guest“
