„There were 18 of us that stayed 3 nights here. Beautiful home with gorgeous views. We were in contact with the property manager throughout our stay. He made sure to answer any questions we had and was more than helpful. We will definitely be back to stay again!“

„My girls absolutely loved watching the fish in the fish tank and exploring out back. A nice place to hibernate during a winter storm. Even if the oven was inoperable (probably from a previous guest cooking a turkey? Smoked to much to use.) We still had a nice stay. The tv is big and gets YouTube so we liked that even if we couldn’t watch the broncos game.Loved all the paintings and peaceful setting. Neighbors are near ,but never saw anyone except their dogs. Really cool location way up coal ...

„During our stay I don't think we had any visits from the cleaning crew. They had an envelope to give tips to them and I thought it was a joke. Overall the cabin was very nice and comfortable.“

„Sehr sauber , alles wie beschrieben . Dass eine Landstraße am Haus vorbei führt war ja im voraus bekannt . Auf der vorderen Veranda ist der Lärm aber lange nicht so schlimm wie von manchen beschrieben . Für Ausflüge in die Berge ist die Lage sogar sehr gut . Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt .“

„We needed a place to be able to cook a Christmas dinner for our family. Perfect location close to our son’s apartment and an easy walk into downtown Arvada and the Olde Town station. The house was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was great, the bedrooms comfortable and a relaxing lounge. Would definitely look at rebooking should we meet up in Arvada again. “

"Wir brauchten einen Startpunkt in West-Denver als Ausgangspunkt für unseren Roadtrip. Da ist die Auswahl allerdings begrenzt. Insgesamt sauber und geräumige Zimmer. Aber das Frühstück (inkl.) war eher furchtbar. Nuer Einweggeschirr und -besteck, sehr übersichtliches Buffet. Dann lieber ein kostenpflichtiges Frühstück, was es aber nicht gab."
