„This is the second time we’ve stayed in this home a once again , found that the house was perfect for our multi-generation family. There was plenty of room for everyone and places for separate activities when desired. The kitchen is large and extremely well stocked, able to accommodate many cooks and helpers. A bonus was the heated pool. It was used daily, even during extensive downpours of rain!“

„The house is darling! Loved the kitchen and living room areas and having a fenced yard for our dog was a real help. The neighborhood is quiet and a very easy walk to Bidwell Park. Walking distance to a good restaurant for breakfast too!! It was wonderful.“

„Came to Chico for some blue collar work. Definitely a good choice. Perfect for us. We dined in twice and ate out a couple times. Just what we needed. Can use some more basic stuff in the kitchen but no big complaints. Thank you! “

„Stayed one night with my dog on our roadtrip from Seattle to Scottsdale. I was looking for something quiet, safe in a cool or different environment than a hotel can provide. The cottage interior is spacious, charming and adorable and has all you need. I was cold though - the wall heater did not provide enough heat in my opinion. The exterior/property is also really charming. It was my first time in Chico and I thought it was a lovely farming area with acres and acres of orchards. There isn’t ...

„Property was not clean when we showed up. Floors were dirty and beds left not made and unclean. House is very outdated. Heaters hardly worked. Heater in the living room we had to turn the thermostat to max for it to turn on and the one in the main bedroom seemed to not work at all. We had to wash the bedsheets before using. Luckily they did have a washer and dryer out back but the dryer also didnt seem to work properly. “

„This was ideal for two senior women. Two upstair bedrooms with large and comfortable beds, and each had its own closet and bathroom. Full size kitchen was well appointed, with a small but adequate dining area. Heating system worked well. The apartment is well lit from windows during the day and good lighting at night. Easy to park in front of and get into. “

„Cute and quaint cabin that’s far enough away from the city to hear the river along with frogs at night; but close enough that if you forgot something in town it’s a scenic 20 min drive to go get whatever you need. Bedding was fantastic, felt like we were in a 5 star hotel alongside the Couple Jet Tub. Lovely property that you can walk around during the day if you wanna stay in but still explore. Can’t wait to book our next vacation in the summer so we can enjoy all the river has to offer! “

„We loved stay at this Log cabin. Cabin is well equipped and fully functional. It has many games, TV, professional kitchen and a massage chair. View is breath taking. Property manager/Owner is very prompt in reply and accommodated all our requests. We loved our stay in the property and hopefully we will visit again.“

"Die Zimmer sind relativ groß und in gute Zustand. Die Klimaanlage ist doch schon etwas älter und brauchte vielleicht mal eine Wartung.Denn Sie hatte schwer zu kämpfen um bei 35 Grad Außentemperaturen das Zimmer auf 22 Grad zukühlen. Es geht garnicht das in 3 OG am Aufzug ein Zettel klebt,auf den zu lesen ist Drücke nicht die Taste ,den Sie ist kaputt. "
