„Lovely cottage, exactly as described. Clean, well appointed, everything you need for a long or short stay. So charming, beautifully decorated, so homey and comfortable! Our stay happened to be during a long rain, so we didn't get to walk around the area, but the property is well located, and any other time, I know we would have loved walking along the creek. Wrong time of year for a swim and too busy with our visit's purpose to use the hot tub. But we'll enjoy it all next time we stay. And we ...

„My son was visiting Chico State, and this property was perfect for our visit. Beautifully decorated and well laid out! The main living room doubled nicely for my son as a bedroom with a pullout couch and a pocket door from the main bedroom for privacy. The master has an entire second living room, spacious closet for luggage and continues the light, bright decor from the other areas of the home. „Couldn't enjoy the pool this time of year, but the lawn in the backyard was great for the dog! The house is well equipped and everything worked fine. Just a few minor recommendations: the lock box is awkward and should be upgraded; the second bathroom has no drain cover and is just waiting for an earring to fall into it; the highly sensitive smoke detector should not be placed so close to the toaster and stove.) “

„My family of 5 really enjoyed this house. There is a playroom which my 3 children LOVED. Check in was very easy and fast. We even stayed an extra night and communicating was very easy and fast responses. The only negative thing I have to say is the slider door lock didn’t work properly which made us very uncomfortable but my husband figured something out and everything was fine after that. Large backyard which our children loved as well. Nice neighborhood. Would love to stay again!“

„Really nice house, super clean, modern, well lit, great kitchen, nice decor, good location to downtown and close to shopping/food, space heaters in each room were sufficient but slightly awkward, good off-street parking, nice to have on-site laundry, service fee was relatively high.“

„My friends and I had a lovely weekend at this property. It was comfortable and checked all of our boxes! It would have been nice to increase the heat on the hot tub but it was locked and we were unable to bypass. We understood it was set at 98 for the summer but the evening was chilly so we were a little disappointed. Nonetheless, this did not effect our rating of the property. “

„It has become a tradition to bring my volleyball team to this property for our annual tournament. Every room has a king bed and the living spaces are accommodating for our group. After having 2 kids of my own that I now bring with us the listing is still very spacious and fits our needs. The hosts are responsive to any needs or questions we've had. “

"Die Zimmer sind relativ groß und in gute Zustand. Die Klimaanlage ist doch schon etwas älter und brauchte vielleicht mal eine Wartung.Denn Sie hatte schwer zu kämpfen um bei 35 Grad Außentemperaturen das Zimmer auf 22 Grad zukühlen. Es geht garnicht das in 3 OG am Aufzug ein Zettel klebt,auf den zu lesen ist Drücke nicht die Taste ,den Sie ist kaputt. "
